The service was awesome. It was our first time using them. I would recommend him. He was very friendly, very concise, to the point and did his thing. He was in and out. He educated us as how to keep it clean and prevent build up. He was very knowledgeable.

Dane is a great guy. He did a great job - left ZERO mess behind, and was happy to answer all of our questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Next time I need something done with my furnace or vents or whatever, I'll be calling Stafford.

Jim called and let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He cleaned our chimney from the ground up as we have a cap. He was fast, professional, neat, and friendly. He reviewed the fireplace and chimney's condition with me and provided advice for its use. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I hired them to clean and inspect the chimney for my fireplace insert. The tech was on time, courteous, and, professional. He got the job done quickly. The workmanship was excellent. Would definitely use this service again, and recommend these folks.

Their service was great. They were quick, efficient, clean and they did a great job. The person who came out was also nice and personable, which was great because you don't really know what kind of person you're going to get walk into your home when you have to get your chimney to get cleaned. They were friendly people. The price was fair.

Cleaned two fireplace chimneys. The were on time, professional, and explained what was being done. There was a fine layer of silt on furniture close to one fireplace that did not get cleaned up. Otherwise, everything met or exceeded expectations

The technicians called right on time and came over, he checked out the chimney and cleaned it very quickly and we were both on our way for the day. He also informed us of how often to clean it and what to look for, as well as what can and cannot be burned in the fireplace. I will be using them in the future for sure.

I truly appreciated that the provider called to inform me that they were running a bit late. They did a great job cleaning out the chimney but he only put down a thin sheet to protect the carpet from the soot and he forgot to take his shoes off before walking across the beige carpet.

Provider contacted us to schedule the service within a day after our order. Very professional and friendly. On the day of service they gave us a heads-up phone call when they were 15 minutes out, and they arrived exactly at the 11am scheduled time. Did the work quickly and without making a mess. Jim did a fantastic job! He told us that we don't need to get a cleaning every year unless we're burning more than a cord of wood per year.
Also, I purchased this deal on one day and two days later, a new deal came out on Angie's list that was about 15 dollars cheaper. I talked to the guy who setup the appointment and he came down $7 which I felt was a great compromise.

I purchased this service on 9/29/13. After a few weeks of phone tag, we
established a service time of 10 am on 11/1 and I took the morning off
work to be here. It is now almost noon. This provider did not show up,
did not call, and did not respond to a 10:30 call from me asking what
was up. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to get my money
back. I am not likely to use a prepaid service offer again.

"Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I see you purchased this deal on a Sunday the 29th. This particular deal went over very well and it looks like we did play some phone tag but your appointment was scheduled on Thursday 10/3 which was the day after my fiance' passed away unexpectedly. I wasn't quite myself that day and being overwhelmed with all the other customers that needed to be assisted I accidentally scheduled you for 11/5. When I got your message yesterday it wasn't until early afternoon that I had a chance to listen to it and I hadn't heard from my tech about any complications so I just assumed that he must have just been running behind schedule and eventually got to your home. Well I assumed wrong and I completely apologize. I take full responsibility and wish you well. I understand you are looking into getting a refund so I will go ahead and remove you from our schedule."

I think Jim did the work. He arrived promptly, was careful to keep the work area clean, was courteous and quick. He rescheduled once as he and the owner both told me that the fireplace would be cleaned better on a dry day rather than the originally scheduled day which was rainy.
