The technician came on time and was very professional.  They performed the work expeditiously and effectively.  It was my first time doing duct cleaning.  The technician was able to explain all my questions pertaining furnace and its maintenance.  I would use them again in the future.

Scheduling problems

I was not there, but wife said they showed up on time and that they were there for roughly 15 mins of work. She said it took them longer to bring in their equipment then it did for them to inspect and clean chimney. I know we just replaced the chimney about 3 years ago, but I know most cleaning and inspections take longer then 15 mins. I am not there to actually see what they did, can only go by what I was told by my wife, but she said they were nice and professional and seems happy with their work.

Did the job in about 15 minutes.  Cleaned everything up and was gone.  I feel much safer now using the fireplace.  We have fires almost every evening in the winter and the chimney was way over do for cleaning.  Definately worth the time and money.

Dave was on-time, and called in advance to let us know he would be at our house shortly. He was very personable and helpful, and completed the work in a short amount of time. He gave us advice on some minor repairs that were needed, and also advised on other services the company has available. Dave was very conscientious that our fireplace was in the middle of our living room, and made sure to lay down a sheet to keep our floor clean, and ensured that no soot made it's way out of the hearth. Overall, very professional and prompt, has definitely earned repeat business!

Service was not provided because what was stated in deal was not what service provider was going to do. Deal is misleading.

I recently moved into the home and knew the chimney had probably not been looked at or cleaned in years. Twin Cities Furnace was quick to respond and I easily made an appt.  The service was completed timely and well.  He had several comments on the fireplace and what to look into since the home was older and the fireplace may not have been well cared for previously.  I appreciated the time he took to look into the fireplace and ensure that everything was as expected. 

The provider called to see if he could arrive early which I was fine with. He was finished in about 30 minutes. Would definitely use this provider again.

Still have not heard back from the duct cleaning company

The ducts in our late 1980's house have not been cleaned for a long, long time. We bought the house two years ago and have been meaning to get the ducts cleaned ever since.
I've had quotes as high as $1200 for duct cleaning - so I didn't know what to expect for a $100 deal. If you're on the fence, just do it. We were totally thrilled with the service. Honestly, I don't know how a provider charging $1200 for a similar service could possibly be worth it.
We had to tack on some additional square footage charges and also did the $50 furnace cleaning on top. For less than $300 every duct now looks like new. Totally worth it.

He arrived on time. Cleaned the chimney and cleaned up the mess.   Very good.

They scheduled me for Saturday between 8-10.  Called when 20 minutes away and arrived at 8:45am.  Cleaning went well.  The guy (Josh?) cleaning the vents around the house took his shoes off (didn't need to, but that was respectful).  After cleaning the ducts they recommended cleaning the furnace as well.  This was an addition $60 but is kind of necessary if cleaning the ducts.  Made sense and they showed me the dirt in the furnace.  I didn't feel like it was an upsell for upsell sake but actually needed.  Kris answered questions I had about running the furnace/fan all the time, etc.  They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and do detailed work.  I did not feel like they were pushy or rushing at all.  Work and clean up were done in less than an hour.  I would hire them again!

Chris called about 20 minutes before the set two hour window.  That was nice.  He was pleasant, professional, and efficient.  He didn't seem to mind that I watched most of the process since I had never seen these tasks done.  He didn't rush.  He didn't waste time.

I got the premium service from Twin Cities Furnace and am very pleased with the result. Ben was the service tech who did a fantastic job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and most efficient in his work. I will get this company again for sure.

Tech was on time and very professional. Gained access to the vents and showed me how dirty they were. Suggested using another product (whip) like thing to get all the dirt out. Showed me how it worked and the difference it made before I decided. It definitely made a difference. Told me the cost, extra 100 dollars. Said I did not have to do it, but the dirt that was stuck onto the sides of the vents would not come off. It was my choice. He also said if I had them cleaned every 2-3 years I would not have to use the "whip" product again. My vents have never been cleaned before. At the end of the appt he showed me all the dirt that was in them. It was pretty disgusting. Tech was great and very courteous. Would definitely use them again. He did not pressure me at all to upgrade my service, just gave me the options.

I needed dryer vent cleaning, although this company had wonderful ratings, they were booked approx 3 weeks out with a long waiting list. My dryer had just been repaired with a new high limit thermostat which blew right away. The repair man said that the dryer vent may be the problem and not to use the dryer until the vent was cleaned. There is no way I can go without a dryer for 3 weeks. The person I dealt with at Twin Cities Furn. Inc. was very helpful, but had no chance of coming out until November 20thor after! Told me I would not have a problem getting a refund for coupon. Since this is my first purchase after joining, that was a relief. Thank you for your help in this matter.
