Rick was able to work around my schedule by coming to do testing at 7:30 am before I left for work. He was fast, efficient, and price was reasonable.

I called Rick, whose phone number must be tied into a mobile. He was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. Luckily, he was 10 minutes away and was able to squeeze me in between appointments. He had the parts in his truck. Once the bad control box was off the softener, he pointed out a valve that had a slow leak, soon to become a fast leak. He recommended replacing while it was accessible. The entire repair took 10-15 minutes. Since I'm new to softeners, he explained how they work, how to troubleshoot, and that "salt is salt" so I don't have to buy that expensive Morton's brand anymore. I put a "C" for price, because it seems fair and I have no frame of reference (I didn't call around for estimates; I just called Taplin because his sticker was on my unit).

I had previously used Rick to install two softeners in the past. Both were trouble-free for years. Rick was able to schedule a convenient appointment with me on the phone. He sold me exactly what I wanted and needed, no more, no less. He showed up on time and installed the unit in a timely manner.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! I CALLED RICK FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE CAME OVER THE NEXT DAY AND GAVE A VERY COMPETITIVE QUOTE. I APPROVED THE WORK AND HE WAS ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK THE SAME DAY. HE WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND THE WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE USED TAPLIN FOR A PREVIOUS JOB AND WAS VERY SATISFIED THEN AS WELL.
