Chris and the guys at Navy Seal are terrific. I've used their services over the past several years and they always do a top notch job. Cracks are filled, edges are paid attention to, and the final result always looks terrific. Excellent communication, scheduling, and service. Thanks guys!

The guys did a great job on my driveway! Estimate provided over the phone was pretty accurate. It ended up being less than originally quoted. Material used was excellent. Cracks were sealed properly and they did a great job of ensuring all surface area of the drive way was sufficiently coated. Will use them again.

After having the driveway done, within approx 8 months, it cracked in several places and there are many pits (sunken holes) in the driveway.  We called the company out and they cancelled several times on us.  When they finally came out they refused to do anything to correct the problem.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

I bought a groupon to have up to 1000 sq feet of driveway sealed.  Seemed like a good deal.  Then I got charged for sealing were the asphalt meets concrete and for a bunch of cracks.  I also asked that they prime for where oil had been on the driveway, but that didn't happen.  I washed the oil probably 7 times before they came and edged the yard so they didn't have to do any of that prep work.  All the extras ended up being nearly as much as the groupon.  I think you could probably get this at a better price without a groupon and I don't feel the quality is better than what my family has received for less money.  Shop around.

Follow-up: I have downgraded my review as within about 4 months the seal coating started to fail and has continued to worsen. I will have to get the job redone next summer. They clearly didn't do a quality job. Also, they now seem to be using the name Suburban Seal. Beware!

He called and told me that I had to pay $97 in addition to $129 Groupon charge. That would make the seal coating $236 for a 3-car garage driveway. The normal price range for this size of driveway in the area is about $120-170. After I told him I won't pay the extra and I can take whatever the Groupon deal covers, he said can't do it. He even said I can get refund from Groupon, etc. Including doing research, making appointment, moving cars, preparing the lawn, and finally calling to cancel, I spent over 2-3 hours of time. I felt being cheated and my time being wasted. The company is a bait-and-switch type of business. He uses deals like Groupon to get people in and over charge them.

The deal I used for a 3-car driveway seal for $129 gets you just a seal
coat and no holes/crack filling. That's extra. In my case as much as
$150 extra was quoted for crack filling. That came as a big surprise to
me because the quoted cost was more than what I already paid to get the
deal. I asked them to refund since I did not want to go-ahead, but they
mentioned that it cannot be refunded. Then I bargained with them to get
the cracks filling done for about the $75. When I came home, the job was
already done, but without cracks filled. It looked horrible. In fact
after they left, I got a few flyers from other companies to do the
seal-coat. That tells you what kind of job was performed.

We were quoted a price of $100, plus extra for cracks.  We don't have many cracks in our driveway, so I was thinking it would $25-$50 max.  We ended up paying $193.  This is because  Navy Seal considers the top and the bottom of your driveway to be cracks.  It would have been helpful to know that upfront.  We paid a lot more with Navy Seals than their competitors and we will not be using them again.  They did nice work- driveway looks great- but it looked great with the competitors too, so definitely not worth the extra cost.

it.it to I found them a year ago on a GROUPON add. Tried them, last fall. The sealant and crack sealer they used didnt come off during the winter as most had in the past. They were scheduled for early MAY, I changed date to 27 MAY 2015, I had a 3-man crew very professional, very dedicated crew who showed up, got started right away. Cleaned, scrubbed oil and rough spots, assessed the driveway needs, informed me of what was needed. I approved, and they went to work. I provided them with music and some water ( I enjoy being a nice customer to all my contractors). In a short period of time they had the deep cracks patched, the shallow cracks filled, then the gentlemen sealed my driveway, I was so happy with it I immediately posted it on face book. Chris Durant and his crew of sealer's will take extra great care of you. I have absolutely no doubt about

They scheduled a date about a week in advance and texted the night before to give an ETA.  They arrived on time and 3-4 guys hopped out of the truck, went to work,  and had the whole thing done in about 15 minutes.  The finished product looks great and is actually quite a bit better than I expected given the age and condition of my driveway.
Over all, very impressed- I will be calling them again in a couple of years when its time to do it again

Chris was very helpful and personable. I emailed for an estimate on Sunday, he called on Monday with an estimate and said he'd be to my house on Tuesday to do the job, which he did. My driveway was in rough shape but he did a great job and
it now looks 100% better. I would absolutely use and recommend Navy Seal again.

This was a bait and switch operation - the deal was $99 to have driveway seal coated. They showed up and started doing the work and than said the actual cost was $188.50. The poured tar around the edges to seal them and did a very sloppy job - the tar was all over the cement lip of the garage and the edges all over were very uneven. It was just a guy pouring it out of a bucket and slopping it around. This was supposidely what we paid the extra for and now we have to figure out how to clean the tar off the cement in the garage. I would not use and again or recommend anyone use.

Fantastic! I got a call in advance as to what time they'd be here, they showed up on time, answered questions, and did the work quickly and effectively. I used a deal (crowd cut I think) and the whole experience was hassle-free. The cost was under several other bids and our driveway looks great. Highly recommend!

Scheduled for one week out for $129 for 3 car driveway. They said they would try to do it earlier, if possible. They called the next day to say they could come out the next day, probably very late afternoon or even later in the evening and I was happy to have it done before next week.
They showed up at 2:20p when I wasn't home, but called me to let me know that it would be $207 instead of $129 due to slightly over 1000 sq ft and for crack repair. I turned down their offer to put rubber by the cement slab for $135 but gave the go-ahead on the $207. They were almost done by the time I got home (20 minutes later).
They should have swept up the sidewalk afterwards as there were many small chunks of black stuff left. If they would have swept this up, I would have been able to give them an A for Quality.

Everything was done as expected, however the quality of the crack fixes could have been done better. It left large clumps of tar that when stepped on after the cure time we were told, left tar on shoes which was tracked into the house.

NavySeal provided a good price and I decided to go with them. There were several issues with scheduling and running out of materials, all items that can happen. In the end, a good job was done at a good price.

After numerous scheduled attempts to get the driveway sealcoated in between the recent storms they finally came out to do it on a Tuesday. We were told it would be done during daylight hours but when we came home the lone worker was still applying the sealcoat....at 9:45 pm. He was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes and said he had made a 'small mistake' that he had to correct. I never found out what that mistake was, but the next afternoon it poured, and the coating washed completely off and down the storm sewer drain. I called the owner, Chris, who came out personally to look at the work. We both went out to inspect it and found there was splashed sealcoat all over my garage door, including some sealcoat that was stuck to the top of the garage door (the mistake?) and the seams were pretty much washed away as well. To Chris' credit, he stayed at the house until well after sundown on that day cleaning the garage door, then came back the next day with a worker to finish cleaning and reapplying the sealcoat and seams. I did not oversee the reapplication, but noted the next day the coat was uneven with some heavy spots in some areas where it looked like it had started to dry before they could spread it out properly. Also, the seams were not refilled.
So, why did I give them a 'C'? First the good: Chris went out of his way to clean up the storm damage and stayed on to reapply the sealcoat himself. I gave him high marks for that. On the negative side, the job was botched pretty bad the first time and the reapplication did not look as good as advertised, with the seams not being refilled.
