This company promptly showed up to give me a quote, were fair on price, and we scheduled a time for them to come out to do the work. This is when the good ended and the bad started. The crew they sent to do the job arrived almost 2 hours late to my house to do the work. Once they arrived to complete the work with all of there equipment and 6 person crew , I met them in the driveway to review the project, the crew foreman again shared with me how they were going to cut the tree down, and that it would take a couple hours to finish the job. After my meeting with them, I went back into he house to work and I expected the to hear the chain saws starting at any moment, instead the crew sat in their vehicles for about 45 minutes in front of my house, and then 1 by 1 drove away without telling me that they were not going to do the job. I assumed they would return to complete the work later that day, but didn't. I never heard from this company again, despite numerous phone calls/emails/Facebook messages that I sent. This all occurred 2 weeks ago, so they have had time to communicate with me about their decision to leave the job site without completing the work. This company does not care about their customers and does not deserve to be in business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Home Advisor.com should not allow this company to use their service.

Were very efficient in their working in the yard. Removed more than expected when work was done. Did leave a little mess, but not a negative experience. Would recommend them to others, and have.

it was fine however they not take the broken branchs which I wanted to do first they are still in the backyard
