Dean has done several jobs for us and is VERY good at what he does. You will be in good hands with Dean. Makes sure you are happy with job before he leaves. Great craftsmanship.

Dean gave us good, honest estimates and in the case of our duplex, saved us money.  His sanding and finishing equipment is modern and low dusting.  They were on time and did a beautiful job in both places. We would recommend him for any flooring job. Great guys!!

We used Dean when we bought this house 10 years ago and again during our extensive remodel. Of about 30 subcontractors involved, Dean was the 3-5 absolute best, if not the best. He is extremely honest and direct, fair and professional and a very nice and easy guy to deal with. He also does an amazing job. We wanted water-based finish for smell, environmental and aesthetics , and Dean was concerned we were not going to be happy with the end result (people expect water-based finish to perform and look as polyurethane). We were amazingly happy and have since recommended Dean to several friends and family - all have been very very satisfied with his service. We are quality-focused customers, and cannot say enough good things about this extremely high-end professional. We have only used Dean as our floor-guy and will never go to anyone else.

I cannot say enough good things about Dean. I've worked with a lot of service providers that I've found on Angie's list and they have all turned out very well, but Dean is in the top three if not the very best I've worked with. He was extremely professional in that he takes great pride in doing the job as best as he can. The floors look absolutely fantastic. On top of all that, he beat the competition's price by several hundred dollars. Dean is a good man and I'd hire him again in a heart beat. There's no need to look any farther for help in refinishing floors. You should go with Dean.

DEAN WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. ANSWERED QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. HE WAS REALISTIC WITH WHAT HE COULD DO. THERE WERE A FEW VERY DEEP CUTS THAT HE DIDN'T THINK WOULD COME COMPLETELY OUT. ONCE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, THE ROOM LOOKED FANTASTIC. THE DEEP CUTS SANDED OUT AND THE FLOOR LOOKED BRAND NEW. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AFFORDABLE FLOORS AGAIN. HE HAS GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH RENTAL PROPERTIES AND IS AFFORDABLE AT $2/SF (TYPICALLY).

HE ARRIVED ON TIME, DID A GREAT JOB AND THE PRICE WAS ON TARGET WITH THE ESTIMATE. NOTE: ONE WAY HE KEEPS COSTS DOWN IS BY NOT SPENDING TIME PUTTING UP PLASTIC TO KEEP DUST OFF WALLS/WINDOWS, ETC. SO YOU NEED TO DO THIS PART ON YOUR OWN.

POLITE, PROMPT, VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE BIDS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT, AND WOULD ABSOLUTELY DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. THE FLOORS LOOK GREAT.
