Mike,Matt, and Jake were top notch. Mike designed our project, a complete front yard renewal, and Matt and Jake were on site at all times to answer my questions and address any concerns. They were patient and professional. Weâ re so pleased with the results and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Patios and More did a beautiful job of removing our old deck, building a new paver patio in our back yard, and grading/reseeding the lawn. Mike and his entire crew were very helpful and courteous. The whole project was done in a timely manner and they left the lawn thoroughly cleaned up. The new patio looks great!

They made a patio and front for us this past summer. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful patio and steps they created. Mike (the salesman) suggested features for the patio we never thought of. Mathew (the foreman) and his crew were courteous, extremely hard workers and very talented in creating and building our patio and steps. They would arrive between 7:00-7:30 AM each day. They would work until 5:00-5:30 PM, even when the temps got in the 90"s. Kenneth Cordes, the owner, stopped by at least 2-3 times a week to see how things were going and if the work they were doing was up to our expectations. If we have another landscaping project, we'd hire Patios & More in a heartbeat.

Our asphalt walkway and wooden patio were replaced with patio pavers. Catalog allowed us to pick a color pattern we liked, and Mike recommended a black border. The combination turned out beautiful. We were happy with the final product, and Mike, Matt, and the rest of the crew were very pleasant and respectful of,property.

The team created a circular paver patio and pondless water feature in the front yard, a second circular patio in the back yard, and a path along the side of the house between the two patios. They also removed turf from both back and front yards and piled it into a mound in back that we could make into a rock garden, graded everything so the whole yard would drain properly, mulched all unpaved areas so we could install plants, and finally sodded a small part of the front yard and the boulevard that they had used for staging. They were a very skillful and hard-working team, and very attentive to ensure they did things exactly as we wanted. We are exceptionally pleased with the result--and everyone else on our block loves it, too. Excellent people to work with!!

These guys are great! I would hire them again any time for more work on a patio, or any landscaping needs. We wanted to install a small patio under our deck from our walkout basement. We thought we would get just a small concrete pad, so I called around to several places. Most of them did not call me back, or said the job was too small. Our real estate agent who sold us the house several years ago suggested I contact Patios and More to see about a paver patio. Mike Cordes got back to me almost immediately. He quickly scheduled a time to come out and see what we our space looked like. We liked what he had to say about building a new patio using pavers instead of poured concrete. He developed a plan in about a week along with a cost proposal. He came back out to our house to show us the plan. We liked it and signed the contract. He put us in their schedule for about 6-8 weeks later, and said it would take about three days to complete the job. Instead, they were here in about three weeks and worked a couple of long days to complete the job in only two days! We are quite happy with the final patio. They did a tremendous job. Some key take-aways about this company: - Their cost was quite reasonable for the quality of the final patio. - They are reliable - they show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do. - They did everything we agreed to in the contract with no questions and no changes, and actually went beyond our expectations. - We were particularly impressed with their attention to cleaning up and repairing the lawn. This repair was part of the original contract since they knew they would have to drive a loader across the existing lawn. They repaired everything with high-quality sod so it looks even better than the original lawn. - The entire crew was friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They all seemed happy to answer questions we had as the job proceeded. - They are just a great group of people. We most highly recommend them.

Patios and More is a great company to work with. My wife and I had recently moved into our newly built home and needed a Landscaping company that we trusted to complete the patio, sod, plants, trees and rocks. We worked with Mike Cordes (from Patios and More) and with him designed a yard that would meet our expectations and more. Patios and More made our yard look like it belongs in a magazine. Patios and More made sure to go over multiple options with us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. All the employees at Patios and More Landscape are extremely friendly and accommodating. They worked around our schedules, as they paid attention to our goals for our yard in which they completely exceeded them. Their work is top quality, and they are all very professional to work with. Mike and Matt's crew of Austin, Jake, Cole and Tae worked in an efficient, professional and meticulous way. The end result was lovely. They took out a rock courtyard and cement sidewalk then installed a bluestone walkway and patio. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Patios and More to do a major renovation of my back yard, front yard and all drainage problems surrounding my home. The design and multi level Chilton stone patio, the front steps and sidewalks, and the large stone fire ring are all works of art. They also installed french drains, a platform for a spa hot tub and a large, 3 tier water feature. The important things: The crew of 5 came every work day. They worked long hours and were respectful of my property and of my neighbors property. The owners, Mike and Ken Cordes were always available if I had a problem, question, addition or subtraction to the plan. Mike or Ken, or both of them, came out to my house a.s.a.p. to talk to me, answer questions, fix problems and revise plans. We couldn't be happier with the work completed or the entire process. I would highly recommend Patios and More if you want something really special.

Our experience with Patios and More was top notch! Mike was responsive and took our considerations to heart as he designed our retaining wall. The team worked tirelessly and at the end of a long day, spent a lot of time cleaning debris from the street and ours and my neighborâ s yard. Mike and Ken made sure they fully understood what we wanted before moving forward. They were willing to try something new by repurposing all of my plants. It worked out fine. The crew were professional and worked very hard each day to make sure everything was ready for each phase of the project. We were blessed that we had great weather the whole week so we didnâ t have any rain delays. I would highly recommend their work and we are planning on a second project in our backyard next summer!

Mike was great to work with and came referred through a family member on the opposite end of the metro. Mike and his crew regraded the yard to slope away from the home and added edging and mulch to the backyard just prior to snowfall. I requested adding arborvitae to be added which they did, unfortunately early spring they died and never came back. He sent someone from his crew with a brighter pop of color option and replaced them all in just a few minutes. Great to work work!
