A small job specialist for 'Honey-Do' lists containing items ranging from putting up a picture to replacing sliding patio doors. The best way to contact me is via phone call or text. You can be secure in the knowledge that the work on your property is being completed to your satisfaction by a professional who is a State licensed and insured building contractor. Work can be scheduled on an hourly basis (1 hour minimum) with discounts for booking a half day. Wood rot remediation and repair.
Services we don't offer
Tiling, large area painting and drywall, electrical or plumbing work where wires or pipes need to be installed or re-routed.

His workmanship is wonderful! The outcome was better then I had hoped in both repair jobs. He is professional, friendly, and very courteous. He finished in a shorter time frame than estimated and the final cost was lower than the original estimate.
