Price was inline with 2 other estimates I received. You don't know when they are coming until the day before, but since this business depends on the weather that might be the same for other companies. Waited about 4 weeks after I called to have them come out until they performed the work. Final result looked pretty good. I liked that they sealed the joint in front of the garage as well as both sides of the sidewalk and curb. A previous company I used the last two times only did by the garage. They didn't remove a weed before sealing the garage joint and a couple dead grass clumps near the sidewalk. A few small splatters left on the sidewalk. We have rocks along one side of the driveway that they moved out of the way. Brush strokes are pretty minimal, and much less noticeable then our neighbor who does his own. We still have a lot of alligator cracks afterwards but maybe our driveway is just getting old (11 yr old house). Overall I would give 9 out of 10.

Salesman was punctual and initially responsive. Took at least 5 calls after the deposit paid to schedule install date and work was to have been completed the first week of September- was started 6 weeks later. Damaged garage foundation and did mediocre repair of their damage which I am now hiring someone else to do. The concrete work, itself was very good. They ''forgot'' to install the apron and now I have to hire another concrete company for a ''small'' more expensive job.

They had to reschedule once - not sure of the reason (wasn't rain).

WORK DONE ADEQUATELY.

OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY, ALTHOUGH THERE WERE DELAYS AND MISCOMMUNICATIONS AT TIMES.

I CALLED THEM BACK LATER WHEN NO ONE SHOWED UP AND THEY SEEMED SURPRISED THAT NO ONE HAD BEEN OUT.

WE PICKED TRUSEAL SINCE THEY HAD GOOD RATINGS ON ANGIE'S LIST. WE ALSO PICKED THEM BECAUSE THEIR SEALER IS MOSTLY REFINED-COAL TAR BASED. THIS IS THE TYPE OF SEALER THAT THE NATIONAL PAVEMENT CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION RECOMMENDS (HTTP://WWW.PAVEMENTPRO.ORG/UNDERSTANDING.HTM). TRUSEAL DID A GOOD JOB AND THE PRICE WAS PRETTY MUCH EVEN WITH OUR OTHER BID. WE DID HAVE ONE SMALL PROBLEM. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE DRIVEWAY THOROUGHLY IN ONE AREA. BECAUSE OF THIS A SMALL AMOUNT OF SEALER HAS COME UP. WE HAVE HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING TRUSEAL TO COME BACK AND FIX THIS. ON THE PHONE THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND SAY THAT THEY WILL CALL ME SOON TO SCHEDULE THE FIX. HOWEVER, THEY NEVER SEEM TO CALL. ONE OTHER NOTE: THE REP THAT SERVICES MY AREA IS TERRIBLE AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I SPOKE TO OTHER FOLKS THERE, HOWEVER, THAT WERE VERY GOOD AT RETURNING PHONE CALLS.

THE FOLKS CAME AT THE APPOINTED TIME, BLEW ALL THE DIRT OFF THE DRIVEWAY, SEALED THE CRACKS AS I HAD ASKED, AND THEY LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS. THERE WAS AN AREA I THOUGHT NEEDED MORE ATTENTION AND THEY CAME BACK TO FILL IN THE CRACKS I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

RECEIVED THREE BIDS FROM ANGIE'S LIST RATED COMPANIES. ALL THREE WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. DETERMINED TO GO WITH TRUSEAL BECAUSE OF OFFERING A PRODUCT WITH ANTICIPATED GREATER DURABILITY AND REQUIRING LESS FREQUENT RE-SURFACING (THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF THE THREE). IF THAT PROMOTION PROVES TO BE UNTRUE, WILL SELECT ONE OF THE OTHER TWO. I APPRECIATED THE GOOD FOLLOW UP OF THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE...LOW PRESSURE.
