I was very impressed by the timeliness and professionalism of the team at Quality movers. You can tell that the crew was very experienced and they did a great job protecting the nice furniture. We had trouble getting some of the pieces downstairs at our house through the more narrow doorway and they were able to improvise, take things apart and get it done. I definitely recommend Quality moving and storage to anyone that wants any moving or storage handled. The piece of mind knowing that your valuables will be taken care of and the quality of the people will not leave you disappointed.

Moving, Professional Moving Service Piano
Two days before the move I realized I needed help. They sent out two packers who did a wonderful job. They detailed labeled all the boxes which really helped. The movers showed up and did a fabulous job, it was a big house. I would highly recommend them!

This is a long-overdue review for Quality Movers. I wouldn't wish four moves on anyone, but we were so thankful we were working with Quality Movers. They consistently provided calm leadership which helped us manage the stress of each of the moves. They come in, take charge, and get the job done efficiently and effectively. They are kind and friendly, working with smiles on their faces. They were so patient, willing to move furniture around to make sure things were where we wanted them. In one of the moves, a corner of one of our sofas separated. The moving supervisor pointed it out to us. Quality Movers referred a repair shop and even followed up to make sure the repair company had contacted us. Working with Quality Movers, you can be assured of their competence, extreme service-orientation, and willing to go above and beyond.

This is the third time I used Quality Moving and Storage. I had such good experiences in the past I hired them again. I had many challenges this time and they were great in helping to solve all the issues. They were fast and professional. The team leaders had very few questions as they had the experience to make the packing and moving smooth!

The move went quite smoothly. Initially my contact and conversation with Nick Franta did not go well and I felt that he was not at all interested in having me as a client. But the owner of the company Dave Franta went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with hiring them. The price that I was quoted initially was lower and was not their right price, but Dave was more than willing to honor that as well as give me 7% discount for Angie's List when it was usually 5%. Although the move was estimated to take 8.5 hrs, it took 11 hrs, but all the movers were extremely professional, thorough, courteous and friendly and worked without a break or wasting a minute. They used furniture pads to protect all the furniture, was very careful with the floors and carpet. When the move was running overtime, they sent an extra guy out to speed up the process. Overall a fantastic experience with Quality Moving. Would highly recommend them.

We've used Quality Moving and Storage four times over the past few years and always had great service. Nick and his crews are always friendly and accommodating, and our moves have gone smoothly with very reasonable pricing. We just had them move some furniture from our home to our daughter's, including moving a queen sofabed downstairs which was a real bear, but their guys handled it great and completed the whole job is about an hour! They are our family's go-to movers for big or smaller jobs.

The 4 guys and 2 trucks we hired at Quality Movers were professional and so friendly! They wrapped EVERYTHING in moving pads and shrink wrap. We were so pleased to see how well taken care of our items would be. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience!!

They were a little beyond service window, but only a 1/2 hour or so. Moved as fast as reasonably possible. I have newly remodeled walls and floors, so I was very concerned about damage, but they came thru with flying colors. Moving the very heavy treadmill down steps and around 2 corners was very difficult, but there was no damage done and no complaining. Workers were very cheerful.

PJ’ crew showed up on time with two trucks as promised. They even had an online coupon that they honored and provided additional boxes for our use because we were Angie’s List members! They were one man short at the start but called someone in to fill the spot. We had almost everything in boxes and they wrapped everything else in blankets and plastic wrap for protection and loaded the trucks very efficiently. The move went as planned and they placed everything into the proper rooms in the new house, and unwrapped the plastic and blankets for us. They even provided ten wardrobe boxes for our clothing and also moved several large planters to the new home. We would definitely recommend Quality Moving for your next move.

They did an amazing job! Everything was wrapped in quilts and cellophane. They delivered everything scratch free! They worked as teams with great communication. They were so patient, calm and helpful! They dealt with so many issues that would be too difficult for me alone. I can't say enough about how fast, careful, and supportive they were, especially when things didn't go as I planned at the new place.... The elevators were not ready at my scheduled time and the movers even offered to take their lunch hour at an odd time so the apartment staff could set it up. I highly recommend them because they truly went above and beyond with great teamwork and leadership.

The move went great! Reese and his crew were on time, very pleasant and helpful and they worked fast but carefully. Nothing was broken. The total cost was right in line with the estimate. The crew went above and beyond. Moving is hard work and they handled it with ease.

They were nice and punctual. The night before I moved I got a call asking if I could move a different day and when I said I couldn't, they got upset. Several items got dinged, a table had a chunk off corner and new shelves were scratched. They also made a large divet in my wall and did not tell me about any of these things. Lastly, I couldn't locate a box and called them to ask if they found anything in the truck, and no one called me back
