It went fabulously. They sent two young men who were very competent and very experienced. They moved some really heavy and awkward furniture through small doors with ease and without damaging anything. They picked up a very heavy entertainment center with moving belts and walked it into the room. So, there was no way it would scratch the floor. I have never seen it done that way. Amazing. They talked to each other to make sure they moved together to get through every door carefully and without doing any damage. I couldn't praise them more. It went quickly and perfectly. The two gentlemen were such professionals and so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good moving experience.

Left us in the lurch! Movers couldn't get their truck to the building's loading dock because the clearance was too low. They attempted to find a U-Haul (on the last day of the month) and couldn't - so they just left. Made no effort to find another solution, reschedule with another truck in their fleet, recommend someone else to assist, or offer any suggestion as to what we could do to complete the move - which obviously had to be completed. We were at the point where I thought we would have to just leave behind everything we couldn't move with a car or a hotel cart and figure out how to get it out of the apartment. Thank goodness we were able to find another company that was moving someone into the building - they worked it into their schedule and the move was completed by late that night (instead of at 9 am as scheduled).

Its name sounds generic, but this company is anything but generic! We give Quality Moving and Storage an A+. We had a complex, three-part move: first a bunch of stuff put into storage before the house went on the market, second the Post Closing move of the rest of the stuff into storage, and third, after a few months in storage all the stuff was moved into our new place. The move into our condo in a new development was logistically complex and they handled it effortlessly. Dave, the owner, was exceptionally responsive and his team of movers were professional, friendly, and very respectful of our belongings. They even returned the day after the move to fine-tune. We strongly recommend using Quality!

Moving, Professional Moving Service Piano
These folks are the real deal. There cannot be anyone better than these folk because they would have to be some higher order of being. Habe you ever wondered whether moving could be a science. Until now I had no idea, but yes, it can! These guys are the most meticulous, organized, polite and thoughtful bunch. They treat your stuff like it was priceless artifacts from the Ming Dynasty. They are strong but better yet they are WELL TRAINED. Yes, they are clearly taught techniques that result in fast work and thorough wrapping. We have custom, heirloom furniture that was padded beyond recognition. If the Nobel prize were awarded for moving, they would get it. In fact, let's give them one!

Amazing...nice young men who did the job professionally and carefully, asking us questions and carefully listening and responding. These guys did not bicker among themselves but supported each other and tried to figure out the best way to perform the next part of the move. We were very pleased with their work and their demeanor. The owners have hired people w/o "an attitude" and they are all different races. It was a joy to work with them!

The four young men (JP, Trent, Kailen and Curtis) were professional and hard working. It was a 90 degree high humidity day and they didn't complain. They worked efficiently and didn't damage a thing. Will recommend to anyone!

Quality Movers did a good job moving our house from one suburb to another. Some problems arose, but they were able to adapt. We had initially discussed two 26-foot trucks and four movers, but only one truck and three guys showed up. I was skeptical, but the rate we were charged was reduced to account for it. The guys were not able to get the large playset in the backyard into the single truck, but went back and got it the next day for no extra charge. They were also adaptable on timing. We closed on the house we were selling in the morning, and on our new house later the same day. There was a gap during the middle of the day, and other movers told me we would be charged an hourly rate during that time. Quality Movers worked with me and agreed to store our things in their truck, locked in their warehouse, and to deliver them the next morning. This worked great and really lowered the cost. The movers, through kind of a freak accident, did damage one piece of antique furniture. After discussing it with their manager, they agreed to have us find someone to repair it and send them the bill. We sent them the bill, and they promptly sent us a check for the right amount. While I would have preferred the furniture not get damaged, they handled it professionally and I appreciate that. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the service. I had 3 movers and they did an excellent job. 3 movers made the process go more quickly as I was moving into a taller bldg. They protected all furniture very well and were very careful and put all the furniture just were I wanted it. I used movers before that did not provide as careful treatment and the service was not as high level. My sister also used them for her move and she was extremely satisfied.

Let me start by saying that the move was approximately 6 months ago. I initially chose not to write a review because I had a lot of negative emotion tied to our experience with the owners of this moving company, and in reading their replies to other people's negative reviews on here, they seem to always have a comeback that makes it sound like it was not their fault. That being said, we were fully informed upon hiring them that they did have some negative reviews here. I called them directly and talked with both of the co owners (father and son) on multiple occasions. I was honest about how nervous I was after reading a few of their reviews, and they reassured me that they will do a great job. (The main complaint will be at the end and in pictures) After a few communication issues, we started out by having their crew (of 2 women) pack up our garage, a couple days earlier than the actual move date. They did a fantastic job! They worked efficiently, and marked all the boxes really nicely. Everything that they packed came out of the boxes with nothing broken. Not even one complaint about them. Our move was a little unique in that they chose to do it in two days. Packed up one location, and kept it overnight at their facility. Then the next morning drove our items to our new address...as well as moving a small amount of items from a rental also. They planned on using two trucks for the move, because we had a lot of furniture. The crew that packed up our items were very polite and courteous. They informed us that they were instructed to try to fit all of our items from our 3000 sq ft house and our 3 car garage, into one truck, while the second was parked in front of the house. So they started packing things really tightly. After I questioned one of the workers if we were still being charged for 2 trucks (since one was sitting in front of the house all day), he said he would have to ask. Eventually, they realized they needed both anyway. However, in the process of the move, one of the movers dropped our couch at the top of the stairs, and damaged the wall (I will attach photos). I saw and heard it happen, but waited for them to come to me to explain anyway. The mover was so apologetic and told us that they have a professional that will come out to do the repairs to the wall, so we did not give him a hard time about it. After all, they said they would have a professional come out to fix it, and we understand that accidents can happen. We are not unreasonable people. (Side note: our house was already sold and the repairs needed to be done before the end of the month, and done well). It was a totally new crew (only one mover from the previous day) the next day, who drove and unloaded our furniture to our new house, as well as from the rental. No damage to any walls with the unpacking this time, however we noticed a couple items were broken in transit (a lamp, & a mirror). They gave us a small amount off the move cost ($50 off) and said that they would need clearance to deduct anything more than that. Again, we are not unreasonable, and just accepted what they offered. (Now after using the furniture, we noticed that two of our reclining items (couch & chair) are indeed not working the same as they were before the move, but we did not attempt any compensation after all the trouble we had with them.) They also assembled multiple beds for us. The main complaint is that we had to chase them down to get a repair person out there to do the repairs to the wall that they damaged. Remember, they said a "professional" would be coming out to do the wall repair. Dave (one of the owners, I believe the father) told me that he does such good work that we won't even be able to tell anything happened. Well, his repairs looked terrible in pictures (on 1/26/18) and at the slight mention that it looked bumpy in the photo he sent me after the repair, (we were not in MN any more) he got really rude and made totally rude comments about the rest of the paint our house. I told him we needed it repaired before the end of January when the closing date was, and that we were awaiting his reply...but both he and his son were silent to any further communication I sent to them. We ended up having to pay $100 to the new homeowners at the closing, so they could hire someone to correct the terrible work that was done, because we didn't have time to get someone out to do the repair in such a short amount of time. The owner, Dave, blamed it on him not living close to me and not being able to let the spackle dry...he had an additional 5 days to correct the issue before the house changed hands, and he just disappeared from communication with us. I should have listened to the reviews on Angie's List. I tried to give them multiple chances. And they let us down. There is nothing that they can say to turn this around on us, as I have all the text communication saved and photos attached. Just terrible communicators, and very rude when I suggested his repairs needed to be redone. I do not normally do bad reviews on anyone. Angie's List kept sending emails about a review on this company that we used, so that is why I finally did the review. I would not recommend this company after the rude ending to our moving experience. Not even the wall damage upset us...it was the lashing out, and then silence, when we asked for the repairs to be redone correctly, that is so upsetting. At some point we had to choose to be the hero to ourselves and just walk away. This was such a stressful time, and we needed to let this go, to be able to enjoy our new home. One of the hottest days of the year to move and they did it with smiles and determination. They moved with care and respect. if you are looking for movers who actually care, contact these guys. They took the suck out of moving. Heavy to light, upstairs to down these are your movers....do yourself a favor and hire them!! They are high quality!! Thanks for reading- now move with them!!

Excellent crew; rainy day - very careful with covering, securing and placing all furniture. Did not nick a single wall moving in or out. We walked through on completion to ensure everything was placed where we wanted it. These guys worked really hard and did a great job! My only critique is that I did not receive an email confirmation or call after the initial conversation so I felt compelled to reach the Mon. prior to move to confirm date an arrival time.

They did an excellent job! They carefully loaded our previously packed boxes, disassembled and protectively wrapped several pieces of furniture and provided free wardrobe boxes for all our clothing on hangers. Once at our new home, they moved everything to their designated location while being mindful of our floors, walls and doorways. They reassembled the furniture all while entertaining us with their music. And we moved in the middle of winter. Very friendly and courteous guys. Well worth the money.

Actual move went very well. Showed up on time, worked professionally. Two issues - after we had arranged for them to do the job, we called with a couple days questions. No one called us back. Second issue - there was some damage done to a piece of furniture. The crew chief took a picture of it and said that they would call the next day to arrange for repair. Six days later they haven't called.

Moving, Professional Moving Service Piano
We just had a major renovation and we had to move back our heavier furniture from the garage and move piano from a different house. The movers are very professional and efficient. They notified us ahead of time that they were already on the way. We have a split level house and they went into a slight problem hauling the piano into the house. It's more complicated than they thought but they were able to get help from a different crew. Overall the move went smoothly . Will definitely recommend them to our friends looking for movers.

"The member sent us a message via Angie's List. We responded that we would get back to her soon. We did not respond to her in a timely manner. This is very uncharacteristic of us...nonetheless, we dropped the ball. She responded "I guess you don't need the work, so I will find someone else". Our response was an apology and telling her we would like to help, if she still needed help. We called as well. We take calls 7 days a week and our number is listed just about everywhere, a call could have been made to us, too. We have over 500 reviews with Angie's...our customer service and moving crews have an impeccable history of great service. We feel this review is unnecessary and unwarranted. We have never spoken to this person live or done any moving for them. To rate an "F" for price and other categories is simply false reviewing.
