My wife received flowers from her out-of-state daughter, ordered through FTD. They were delivered in Hearts & Flowers packaging late in the day on Mothers Day. We picked the package up on the front porch, where it had been left a few minutes before, as the courier called right after she'd left it. The flowers were already wilted. The courier said she had delivered them directly after having picked them up from the florist. Shortly thereafter, I called the florist's number to register my wife's dissatisfaction, but could only leave a message. I suggested the florist might want to be aware of the low quality of the arrangement. The florist never called back or responded in any way. FTD, however, did respond and provided a full refund.
