Description of Work: I received a floral arrangement and upon opening it, it looked dead. I had a nurse here at the time who said they are dead where are they from and I told her. I called the florist and mentioned that the daisies were wilted and the two marigolds were dying. She requested a photo by email. I complied. She returned an email saying the daisies looked like they were bent from shipping and that the marigolds were just fine. She was willing to replace the daisies in the arrangement. She then proceeded to tell me all the awards she has won for design. I emailed back that I didn't need new flowers that it was trash night anyway. She responded with NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE AGAIN. I was the receipent!!!!!! OMG what a train wreck. I was angry and tossed the whole thing. After reading the review before mine, I may call the gal who ordered them so she does not use this florist again!!! This place sucks big time.

 + -1 moreMy wife received flowers from her out-of-state daughter, ordered through FTD. They were delivered in Hearts & Flowers packaging late in the day on Mothers Day. We picked the package up on the front porch, where it had been left a few minutes before, as the courier called right after she'd left it. The flowers were already wilted. The courier said she had delivered them directly after having picked them up from the florist. Shortly thereafter, I called the florist's number to register my wife's dissatisfaction, but could only leave a message. I suggested the florist might want to be aware of the low quality of the arrangement. The florist never called back or responded in any way. FTD, however, did respond and provided a full refund.
Description of Work: Floral arrangement delivered as gift - hence don't know the amount the buyer spent. Probably around $50.
