Excellent installers were very good,they put down drop clothes and cleaned up behind themselves.had the same crew for four years straight.

They came to replace a door in the back leading to the garage and new storm doors to the front and back doors. They did a good job and cleaned up well. They did come back later to fix an alignment of the storm doors. They came out quickly and solved the problem well. I would hire them again.

The entire process was efficient and professional. The installers were very knowledgeable, did a fantastic job. I was comfortable with them coming and going from my home without close supervision. Because the window unit was custom sized, it was expensive, but the quality of the product and service through installation was worth every penny. I am very happy with selecting them.

Went great. The worker showed up on time and was very friendly, polite, and professional. I showed him the window and he quickly got to work. Work was done quickly and I was given updates throughout the process because the worker knew I was interesting in seeing the process.

Perfect from start to finish!

Really well. The rep was excellent Tracy) and very responsive to all needs. He knew local code vs the other companies which saved $100. I was able to get a 2% discount for paying cash. Very high quality and a better price than major competitors. There was one small crack on the outside frame which they repaired 9 months later quickly and to my satisfaction.

Our installer Doug Hubbard was efficient and took pride in his work. He did a beautiful job.Easy to ask questions to and focused. Doug protected our beautiful hardwood floors.Great clean up. We did not have to redo the walls surrounding the windows as nicely covered by moldings. They were put to the test this winter as they faced North and 2017-18 Mn winter was wicked. Amazing difference and no draft or frost. Couldn't be more pleased.

Installers did a great job. Very professional, cleaned up interior and exterior of house and hauled away all waste. Couple of glitches with one sash, but very responsive in fixing the issue.

Scherer Window and Door Consultants (SWDC) did a great job on our new window project. The home has been in our family for more than 60 years. We love it the place, but it needed some attention. Called SWDC and their saleperson, Gary met us at the house, listed to our concerns and gave us some information and options. After some back and forth with Gary, to fine tune out project, he came back to our place to grab some measurements and provide us with the plan. Not only out new windows, but Gary also noticed our existing Marvin window had an older style crank arm. He lined us up with new, matching replacement hardware, too. A simple, inexpensive option that not only works better, but now all our window match as well. The window installation went out without a hitch, in the middle of February, in Minnesota. The communication from the staff was excellent. To me that is so important. We were told what to expect, what we needed to do, and how the day would go. No joke, everything was just like that. No worries. The installation crew, a subcontractor, was just as good. They did a great job on site with the windows, again communications, and cleaned up totally afterwards. Wow! Our windows came unfinished and we went with a suggested paint contractor. Again, wonderful work from a real tradesperson. The finish was perfect and they even stopped back for a final follow up a couple days later. Start to finish I can't imagine this project going any better. From our first meeting with Gary as we considered replacing our window, though office communications, the installation, and final finish. Even the February weather cooperated. I'd like to say we got lucky, but I don't think luck had much to do with it. Great products and terrific service aren't luck. Thanks to Scherer Window and Door Consultants for everything.

Perfectly. We needed basement windows replaced and a kitchen window fixed that had previously been replaced by another company. The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch or price that was good for only 2 hours! The installers came, replaced the windows, cleaned up their mess, and our windows have been performing flawlessly. We couldn’t have been happier and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, after our good service, our daughter and son in law used them also.

The product and installation were excellent. We recently replaced 5 windows (or 9 depending on how you count the combined ones) with windows from the Marvin Integrity line. They look great, and the installation crew did a very professional job with the trim both inside and out. We liked the whole process from working with the salesperson to the crew leaders. The price was competitive, and the work efficiently and carefully done. We liked the attention to detail, the clean-up, and the follow-through. Great product and great company to work with.

Very well. The work was done in a single day. They arrived when they said they would, and finished about 4:00. Drop cloths were placed in the areas of work as well as paths from the entry point to the work areas. Windows were installed well, the old windows and trim were taken away, and the exterior trim replaced, They took me on a walk-through after it was done to be sure I like the work, and they showed me how everything worked. It is amazing now how quiet it is with the new windows - I had not realized how poor the old windows were.

Easy to work with them, organized, provided great suggestions. The end was a bit confusing as we were offered an incentive to pay the full balance, but was not told how to execute to make sure it was applied. As a result, we were denied the incentive despite paying the full balance immediately upon completion because it was not executed in a specific way. This was frustrating!!

Excellent work Have had them do work for me 3 times. Very pleased with their work each time.

Windows work great. Painting and staining them was a little touch and go, but worked out well in the end. We had a problem with a screen for one of them and it was replaced at no charge very quickly.

Perfect! The Sales Rep was always responsive to emails or phone calls; stopped over several times to check how the project was going. He had great ideas and suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The installers showed up on time every day - they were professional, efficient and friendly. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend them.

They were able to complete the job within three days. We had a few hiccups along the way but everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. Petra Lawrence in Customer Service was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns and everything was taken care of quickly and at no extra cost to us. Top notch customer service!

From start to finish, very professional and knowledgeable...from first encounter with Dave W. to schedule assistance from Heather and great, timely, and spot-on responses to my last minute concerns by Dave W and Derrick. Install team of Nate with assistance from Jesse was courteous, professional and performed work extremely well and were very willing to work with me on the install options (exterior vs. interior) that would work best with our interior trim conditions. Delivery occurred right when they said it would. Install team was right on time and got right to work after we discussed my installation concerns about existing interior trim and not wanting any "collateral damage" that we would have to pick up. Would highly recommend.

It went very well. They were the cheapest. Their ability to help us figure out what we needed for our issues. It took maybe about a week. Clean up was good.

They did a nice job. I got two bids and theirs was better, the sales person seemed more knowledgeable and they followed through with everything they said. The windows had to be custom ordered, it took 8 weeks to get in and then it took them one day to install.
