The staff were helpful and patient helping us find my daughter's first big-girl bike. We brought it in for some adjustments a few weeks later and they were very helpful then too.

A good serviceable bike shop.  Good sales people.  The manager can get a bit snooty.

Great.  Employees were pleasant and helpful.  Happy with the service.

The person at the counter did not ask me any questions about the bike nor did he offer any advice about what adjustments needed to be done, without making any eye contact whatsoever, he simply said 'okay new tires and a tune up" What the tune consisted of- I did not know, I had to ask. 
The bike would not be ready for 10 days and the morning I went to pick it up, I saw my bike and the mechanic  in the back room then someone said "give me 5 minutes". So now I'm thinking here is a business that is getting my money and: A. Bike is not cleaned and ready, B. Nobody could tell me, in a few, simple words about what it needed, and C. I'm the only customer present in the store at this time. It would have been better customer service if they took 30 seconds to point out what was done on my bike, also there was some giggling when I asked about the seat being adjusted- and i think i heard one of the guys say "the chick is here for her bike"-seriously?
Not being an "expert biker" is okay with me, I'm just a mom getting her bike fixed up so i can take my toddler for rides in the child bike trailer. However, I think I would have been treated differently if I were a man and/or an avid biker. I think they need a little staff in-service on communication and basic customer service, I think they would sell more bikes if they reached out the entire biking population.

I was very satisfied.  I asked about changing my handlebars from drop downs to straight across. the mechanic suggested that I would be better off just buying a new bike.  I tried out a bike and decided that I would keep my drop down handle bars. 

I received good advice on which bike to buy, as well as accessories. I have been very happy with my purchase. They were very helpful in explaining the differences between bikes, women's specific, etc.

The manager there is incredibly knowledgeable, as are most of the clerks. I ride a lot and so I need frequent tune-ups and maintenance. Their mechanics are some of the best in town. If you wait too long in the spring to take your bike in, you will have a wait before it's serviced - but it's worth it because they are so thorough and competent.

SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH ME HELPING ME PICK OUT JUST THE RIGHT BIKE AND ACCESSORIES FOR MY NEEDS AND BUDGET. I HADN''T BEEN ON A BIKE IN YEARS, SO I REALLY APPRECIATED ALL THE GUIDANCE. COMPETITIVE PRICES AND GOOD SELECTION. MINOR ANNOYANCES AFTER PURCHASE INVOLVING COMMUNICATION GAPS & LITTLE SNAGS WITH DELIVERY OF ACCESSORIES. FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, SERVICE-ORIENTED STAFF ON THE WHOLE, THOUGH. STORE ALSO CARRIES TREADMILLS AND EXER-BIKES.
