Easy to work with, contacted my insurance company while I was on the line with them and got all the details done quickly. Provided service as agreed upon - showed up when expected, everything works well. The price was less than I would have expected to replace a windshield. Bottom line is that I'd definitely use them again.

The actual work took perhaps 45 minutes, I had to wait a while for the cement to set up before driving. Don't slam the doors with the windows shut for 2 days to avoid damage to the new cement. No problems at all, fast, clean work.

Person was prompt, nice, and cleaned up thoroughly. However, after he re-attached the rear view mirror to the windshield it now wiggles and shakes. I had given the work about 15 hours to set. They only asked me to let it set for one hour. I think he just probably gooped the adhesive on too thickly and it's now forming a wobbly surface for the rear view mirror. Honestly, I haven't called them out to re-do that bit of the work. I figure I'll have the dealership take care of it next time I'm in.

The women on the phone were helpful and made an appointment for my at the nearby Roseville location although I think I called the number for the Saint Paul location. I chose to bring our car in instead of having them come out. The location was a little hard to find, but once there, the work was performed in the time-frame I was told at the price I was quoted. The staff seemed a little focused on insurance, and a bit confused by my lack of it in the case, but it was fine. All-in-all the work is fine and the were able to do it quickly and cheaply so I'm satisfied.

My car was vandalized. I reported it to the insurance company, and the next morning an adjuster called and suggested a company I had never heard of nor was it listed on Angie's List. I requested Harmon as they had fixed a nick in my windshield before. Within minutes arrangements were made by the adjuster. Harmon gave me the option of same day service at the Burnsville shop or next day mobile service. I chose same day service at the shop, which is freeway close. The repair was fine, the car was returned very clean. It took an extra hour from the promised time, but I can't complain since I received same day service.

My passenger window was shattered in a break-in on a Monday. On Tuesday A.M I called Harmon to get a quote. They quoted me $196 (actual charge was $215) and were fully booked on Tuesday but would come to my office at 8 a.m Wednesday to fix glass. They did not arrive until 3 p.m on Wednesday. At 5 p.m I went out to check on the car and the repairman had my door in pieces (I had told him previously I needed to leave at 5 p.m to go to my other job and he said it would only take 1.5 hours). He said he could not fix the car on site and I would have to bring it in to the shop. I dropped the car off at 8 a.m on Thursday (which was very far from work for me), I tried to call at 12 to get the status and I kept being disconnected or could not get through to office. So I called the repair man on his cell, he said he wasn't in the shop and someone else was working on it? Basically it was a disaster - it took 4 long days and lots of driving around with no glass or a broken door. Do not use them!

Work was fair, but didn't clean up the car very well (found debris in the heater/AC for weeks afterward). They also didn't do the top seal correctly, and when I went back to ask them to fix it they told me it was fine & refused. I went to another Harmon location (Roseville) and they looked at it right away with no appointment. The Roseville guy said it was terrible, and offered to fix it immediately. He had an installer fix it right there while I waited. I won't be going back to the Oakdale location any time soon, but the other locations will find my business again.

Excellent work. Friendly staff. Thoughtful discussion as to what glass to install in car. Kept to promised delivery time (one day service). Filed all paperwork with insurance company. Car was returned clean, no installation scraps on car. Service bays and office clean and neat.

Initially the insurance only authorized repair of the chip, but the service tech thought it was such a large chip, that the windshield needed to be replaced. He called the insurance company back and got this authorized. The entire process, including replacing the glass, only took about 1.5 hours. I'm not sure whether the price was good; I didn't compare prices since I have insurance coverage. I went to the Roseville location, conveniently located next to Axel's restaurant, who were happy to let me wait in the restaurant (I did order breakfast).

He was very friendly and polite, and got the job done quickly. I just wish they'd had a smaller time frame, they said he'd be there between 8am and 4pm, and he didn't get there until 3:40, so I had to sit around at the house all day. Otherwise a good experience.

He was on time and quick. He did good work. I was upset with the builder of my late model foreign car for their proprietary behavior. That makes it difficult for me to work on it, so I specifically asked for a Generic windshield. The sound insulation is better so that I don't hear outside noises (ie, trucks, Harleys) as much. Unfortunately, I can now hear squeeks and rattles. I was pleased indeed.

I called Harmon Auto Glass on University Ave. in St. Paul late that afternoon. I was given an appointment the next morning. They dealt with insurance, and I was not billed. The glass from their supplier was late arriving at the office, so I had to wait longer than planned, but the worker did what he could to keep the wait to a minimum. The work seemed to be well done, and the company was easy to deal with.

IT TURNED OUT THAT THERE WAS SOME RUST OR CORROSION AROUND WHERE THE NEW WINDSHIELD NEEDED TO BE SEALED IN PLACE. THEY WENT AHEAD AND SANDED IT, WHICH I APPRECIATED, ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A LAYER OF DUST FROM THE SANDING ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF MY CAR. MY INSURANCE COVERED THE BILL, AND I DID NOT COMPLAIN THAT I HAD TO CLEAN THE INSIDE OF MY CAR.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. PHONE REPRESENTATIVE STAYED ON THE PHONE WITH ME FOR AN HOUR PLUS TO SORT OUT WHY INSURANCE COMPANY WASN'T FINDING MY POLICY. EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AT WORK. THE GENTLEMAN WHO DID THE REPAIR DID A GREAT JOB, PUT THE RECEIPT ON MY DRIVER'S SEAT AND LOCKED THE DOOR UPON COMPLETION.

APPT MADE FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 8 A.M. THEY WERE READY WITH THE GLASS AND HAD IT INSTALLED BY 10 A.M. GLASS LOOKS JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL (EXCEPT WITHOUT THE BIG CRACK) AND THE SEALS/RUBBER SURROUNDING LOOK PERFECT. THEIR PHONE IS OFTEN BUSY -- WITH PERSISTENCE YOU'LL GET A LIVE PERSON.

I DROPPED MY CAR OFF IN THE MORNING AND PICKED IT UP IN THE AFTERNOON WITH THE NEW GLASS INSTALLED. EMPLOYEES FROM THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION TO GET THE WORK DONE TO THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE ALL POLITE. I WAS SATISFIED AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR THE SAME TYPE OF WORK.

THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME THE COST OVER THE PHONE. I WORK IN DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS, SO I DROPPED IT OFF EARLY, THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK, AND LATER IN THE DAY I WALKED OVER AND PICKED IT UP. THE WINDSHIELD LOOKS GREAT, SEEMS TO BE INSTALLED WELL. THE ONLY CRITICAL COMMENT I HAVE IS THAT THEY LEFT THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR RATHER DIRTY, WITH BLACK CRUMBS ON THE DASH, STEERING WHEEL, ETC.
