Bill was great to work with and the price was reasonable. They took down the old insulation and put new insulation in and over the floor and around the knee boards of a finished room. They got the job done in a day and a half and left the attic tidy and in great order. They were careful to put canvas down to protect the floors through the house. Very friendly and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

Bill Dwyer, owner & manager, was very responsive. After the inspection, we struck a deal to remove the old insulation and to install new insulation in the attic. No water was discovered.

The process went smoothly from start to finish and took about a half day. Bill D consulted with us on all aspects of the task, offering useful suggestions. Drop cloths were used inside to protect floors from the contractor's traffic. Post job cleanup was superb. This was a long overdue task that was delayed due to an old AC system in the attic that needed replacing. That was done earlier this week. We would recommend them and would use them again.

Bill and crew were knowledgeable, punctual and professional. They answered all my questions and were able to complete the work ahead of schedule. I'm satisfied with the work they did. There was no fuss about this job although I felt it was on the spendy side. I did not have time to try and tackle this on my own, so the time savings was worth spending more to get it done. I would hire Gunner Insulation in the future.

Job completed as advertised, pretty much on time and at a good price that encouraged me to get the insulation even though it did not at first seem absolutely necessary. Good attic insulation has become great attic insulation.

The job went great. Bill came out in the morning to check my attic, and it was in need of more/new insulation. He had a guy that was able to come out in the afternoon, so was completed in one day. Not always going to happen that way with schedules. They were both very nice guys, and would recommend this company whenever you need insulation.

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the work, or price, or whatever else it is you did not understand. I personally remember this particular job because I personally did the work with one of my employees. We did an analysis the attic situation and sat down with you and your husband and explained our findings and discussed the possible solutions. The plan was developed and discussed with both you and your husband. At that time we all decided to move forward with the project. The work was completed on a very hot day and there was over 100 boxes and other things that had to be moved, which we did and replaced them after the job was completed. You and your husband were happy with our work and repeated this several times. Before leaving, you had an invoice stamped paid in full with a description of all the work completed and R-values. It was quite sometime later that you emailed me for a break-down of products used and the R-values as well as pricing itemized for each. I am sorry, but all was done correctly. You were not deceived in any kind of way. And you were not cheated on pricing. I would be more than happy to meet with you to resolve your issues. I don't understand your complaint. We worked very hard for you. And a question I have is why did I not hear about this a year ago? Once again, I am sorry that you are not completely satisfied, I would be more than happy to meet with you. Please feel free to call me. Like I told you, I will always stand by my work.
