At every phase of this project they disappointed. They drilling the foundational footings in the wrong spots, wrong depth, and the wrong sizes, graded the ground incorrectly, placed the columns in the wrong place, ordered the wrong columns so that they had to weld off the hangers and reweld them in the correct spots, and incorrectly installed the shingles causing staining on my stucco, which they felt the solution was to pant my new stucco. The crew also left a daily mess complete with cigarette butts, empty beverage containers, food wrappers, construction debris and tools. When any of this was discussed they had one of three responses; ghosting, demanding more more money when it was not due or stating they had the right to do what they needed. They refused to show proof of insurance for weeks but demanded that they get paid. They also never got the dumpster and charged me for it. They have been using my driveway as a storage for their materials even though the materials have not been needed for my job for months.

They are very professional and creative. They honor your request. They do what they say they will do.
