Jim was one heck of a guy. Down to earth guy with no BS just to get a quick buck. He will show you the price for the parts he's charging you for and even gives you the option to buy it if you find it cheaper(warranty no covered, of course). He noticed the flickering on my range and right away, he took a look at it. Called for the parts right away and gave me the options. Obviously, I chose not to replace it because the flickering did not impact the functionality, but his initiatives are impressive. Thank you, Jim.

Couple scratches on my washer

Responded right away on a Friday afternoon and came out and did the repair on Saturday morning. Outstanding service.
