Jim Becker ( owner) was very professional, promt, and honest with my dryer repair. He showed me what was wrong, told me how much the part would cost and completed the diagnosis and repair quickly. I feel confident in my repair and would definitely call Mr Jim Becker for any future appliance repair needs.

Jim was incredible. We just moved into a new house and I laminated his card and stuck it on our fridge because heâ ll be our go-to guy. Professional, friendly, honest, efficient, fast and available. I didnâ t want to go through someone who also sells appliances because we had a bad experience recently with our furnace with a different company and I appreciated his transparency with our options and letting us decide. Donâ t hesitate and go with Becker.

Jim is pretty much the example of a hardworking, fair and honest small business man.

Jim is very professional. I had a very noisy freezer in my fridge. He knew whatâ s the problem right away and set out to fix it - de-iced with a steamer and replaced a bimetal thermal switch. Jim is also friendly and helpful. I would recommend Jim to anyone for appliance repairs.

The problem so far has not occurred since he was here. He was very polite. He stayed quite awhile. He did not charge us anything. Told us just call if it happens again and I will return asap. I would s Certainly call him again. He was polite and very helpful and honest.
