Jim was one heck of a guy. Down to earth guy with no BS just to get a quick buck. He will show you the price for the parts he's charging you for and even gives you the option to buy it if you find it cheaper(warranty no covered, of course). He noticed the flickering on my range and right away, he took a look at it. Called for the parts right away and gave me the options. Obviously, I chose not to replace it because the flickering did not impact the functionality, but his initiatives are impressive. Thank you, Jim.

Jim was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer quickly. He then gave me the information I needed to make a decision whether to repair it or not, and was able to complete the work quickly when I decided to have it repaired. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service!
