No receipt. Said parts where not available and when I checked with GE parts shown available. When I called him back he said that it is not his fault.

Even though it was a Sunday Mr Becker came out to check my refrigerator that had stopped working. He immediately figured out that the problem was a failed control panel. I will definitely call them again for any appliance service repair. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Thank you for coming out on a Sunday!

Jim was very prompt and and he was very honest with me. I also had an issue with my wash machine besides my dryer and instead of telling me I needed to fix the problem he was completely honest and told me a way to go about it and not have to repair it. His price was very reasonable to repair my dryer also. Would use him again!!!

Great same day service-arrived on time and fixed my dryer and refrigerator.

The repairman arrived, and it was mutually agreed upon that the repairs needed (new icemaker) were too costly and may not even work. He recommended that I not replace the existing icemaker. I appreciated his honesty and opinion. Would use him again and would recommend him to others.

My dryer went out last night and in my area there are basically no appliance repair businesses that service this area. I completed an app on Angi's List this morning and within 2 hours Jim from Becker's Appliance called me. We scheduled an appointment for this afternoon and Jim was here promptly at 1. I am very pleased with the service.
