IT well as planned. I took my car in for a oil change without an appointment and had a coupon. They honored the coupon even though i had just missed the dates and also dropped me back home so tha ti didnt have to wait till the oil change was done. Very good job and very professional.
I dont use them as much anymore as i moved out of minnetonka but defintely recommend to any one in the area.

The service went well. He was able to save me time and $900 by repairing it instead of replacing the whole muffler.

I needed to get my oil changed,I usually take my car to the dealership. It wasn't convenient for me to take my car to the dealership so I looked around for a place nearby my house to take my van. I made an appointment at Midas and took it in. When I returned the front desk guy told me they had run some diagnostic tests on my car as a "service" to me. He told me my car had some problems that they could fix for me. One of the problems is that I had oil leaking. He said I probably had noticed drips or spots on my garage floor. If he had stopped there I may have said to go ahead and fix it. I had no reason to suspect that he wasn't being honest. He went on to tell me that my battery was dangerously low so I should have that replaced as well, so I wouldn't be stranded somewhere and be unable to start my car. Of course I had my 9 year old with me and I drive a van, what mother wants to risk be stuck somewhere. He pulled an official computer printout of the "test" run on my battery out of my paperwork to show me how poorly it was working. As luck would have it I had only a few months before replaced my battery so I was shocked that it would be bad so soon and told him it was pretty new. He said the "computer doesn't lie" and I should have the repairs done. I took my car to the dealership for a second opinion and was told I needed no repairs. There wasn't any leaking and the battery was just fine. No charge at the dealership. Also, the dealership had to reset the change oil light because Midas didn't even bother to do that. Everytime I turned on the car it continued to say I needed an oil change.

I took my car to a different repair shop who wanted to repalce my front brakes that had been done less than 2 years ago. That shop wanted to charge over $1,100 and didn't put the estimated on paper. Took the car to Midas who verified the rear brakes and a tie rod needed to be replaced. The front brakes were fine.

My vehicles are a little older and require TLC. Even when business has been slow they don’t hound me or charge me any extra. Provide great great customer service and they have a long term customer for sure.

They are two blocks from work so that helps. They are good and trustworthy. They are not necessarily the cheapest for oil changes and that kind of work but they have coupons which are definitely convenient. They don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need, they only point things out that actually need work. The quality of their work has always been good; I have never had any problems with them. They are very responsive; they get back to me right away. I drop my car and get it back later and it’s always been done when I go to get it back. They are very professional and they know their stuff.

They are awesome! They don’t charge me for small issues that they fix. They don’t make up anything to get money from me.

They showed me what needed to be done and did the work and. It was expensive, but they explained why it was expensive. I think it was right for what they had to do.

I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY ALL THREE TIMES. I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED THERE. THEY ARE POLITE AND OFFER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
