Overall, we had a very good - almost excellent - experience. When I bought 'the deal', Aurora's schedule was full for 3-4 weeks in the future. However, they were able to fit us in earlier to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciate. When they were not able to get to our house when planned due to larger-than-expected driveways ahead of ours, Ron called to let me know that they would be late and assure me that the work would get done either later that same day or the next morning. Two things would have moved my evaluation into all 'excellents': 1) an earlier call that they would be late and 2) leaving a little information behind when they were done (like how long to stay off the driveway). We will definitely use Aurora again.

Aurura was very flexible in scheduling. They did an excellent job of spreading the sealcoat evenly and trimming back the grass on the edges. They did well to put the sealcoat on in time and properly so that the rain that came only a couple hours later did not wash it off or affect it in any other way. I had one big crack across my driveway and when the initial filling settled in, I contacted them and they came out the same day and filled the crack completely free of charge. Response time was great and the reps were all expedient and courteous. All in all, I am very happy with the job, and you can be confident with Aurora. Unlike other times when purchasing a cut-rate job from the local folks who drop flyers in your yard with slightly lower prices who often end up doing a crummy job.

Excellent. These guys did an excellent job. They were friendly and professional, and their price was very favorable to the competition.

It worked fine, but they had to come and back and redo the crack repair . They did so after I called, and handled it very well.

I got an Angie’s List coupon for $99 for silk coating and I paid an additional $100. They did a good job. They were okay.

The guys arrived on time and went right to work. They completed the seal coating and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

No complaints. I bought a "big deal" coupon, however by the time the job was done and I paid the up-charge for additional footage, the total cost was about the same as the jet black job last year, only jet black was a little better. Nothing wrong with this Company, I just like jet black better.

Ron and his team did an OUTSTANDING job! I highly recommend. - Their quote was competitive.- I never felt like I was being "sold to". He just wanted to fix my driveway in the most logical manner.- They showed up on time, no excuses.- The work was of excellent quality. - The crew who did the "dirty work" was polite, hardworking, and professional. - After they left, I discovered one small problem, that was not due to poor workmanship, but rather just bad luck. Ron came back the very next day and spent several hours fixing it. No questions asked. Oh, by the way, when the neighbor girl crashed her bike down the street with no one around, he ran over, picked her up, and walked her home. Her parents later came over to thank Ron for being such a stand-up guy. Good owner, good crew.

It went quite well. I had a number that I wanted to spend and Aurora came in right on target!

2 man crew slightly later then estimated but not unreasonable finished estimated but not unreasonable. Finished up in under 2 hours and looks great!
