They did a great job. From the point I paid for the deal on Angie's List to completion. They informed me right away that they would be delayed because of the large response they were getting from the special offering. I'm very happy with the outcome of the project. My driveway looks fantastic compared to what it was looking like. I would highly recommend Aurora Asphalt for your driveway sealing needs Five Star approval!

They were very responsive in setting my appointment. The first round of guys came along and filled in all the cracks. The second round of guys came later in the day and sealed the driveway. They were very careful not to get any sealer on the sidewalk, or grassy areas. They did a Great Job!!! I would highly recommend them.

Two workers came and did the job in an hour or two. They were friendly and efficient. Did a good job.

looking to sealcoat our driveway, got several bids from different vendors, this was the most competitive one. little bit of email tag as we attempted to schedule a time for the service but finally agreed on the date. they did not arrive until later in the day and i actually thought it would not be done that day - however the folks were very friendly and efficient. cracks were filled and sealant was applied very carefully, with no overage on the sides. overall very satisfied

I wasn't home, but they called first to tell me they would be there. They arrived on the date set and completed the work before I got home. It looked great and there was no additional charge for the apron.

A date was set. On that date two people came in the early afternoon to sweep and prep the asphalt, filling the cracks. Later that afternoon another crew came and seal coated the asphalt. The job was well done.

Company personnel arrived on time. Very cordial and explained the entire process. Also had to remind us of the extra cost because our driveway was larger than the deal. We were aware of this. The person seemed relieved. That had not been a pleasant reminder for previous customers. They completed the job and were very meticulous about cleanup. Wuold certainly hire them again.

It went well. The company showed up when they said they would, thoroughly performed the work and left the work-site clean.

It went fine. The drive way looks good. I enjoyed that I didn't have to do anything to the driveway other than move the car off. They powerwashed and cleaned the driveway.

The Driveway replacement was done very professionally. I am very pleased with the quality of the and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work to be done.

The experience was very positive. It looks very nice and they each job was done in a day. Everything worked out very well. It took a little while for them to remove some of the materials that were left after the concrete job. It was probably two or three weeks. It was actually after the asphalt covering was put on the driveway. But other than that, it was basically like there were not here. They just came in, did their job and left. It was a very nice job. The $99 was for the driveway. The concrete work was over a $1000. That was putting an apron in front of the garage door. That was the one part. The other part was the surfacing of the driveway. I think the price was fair.

Some delay in getting a date set up with Labor Day holiday, but then performed the services as requested.

I purchased the deal on September 9 and received a blind carbon copy email reply from an Aurora representative on September 15 regarding the terms of the deal and to expect some delay due to the solid booking that it caused. I again heard from the Aurora representative via email on September 23 to expect them on Tuesday, September 25 and that it was not necessary to be home. Aurora showed up on time, while I was at work, and patched and seal-coated my driveway, as promised. I was slightly concerned that the sealcoat will hold up less well due to some cold weather following. So far, their work looks pretty good. The patching looks ok. The real test will be how well it holds up over time. The Aurora representative sent a bill matching the amount for the remainding $592 via email on Saturday, September 29. There were no extra charges on the bill.

Overall the quality was excellent. We were not home at the time of service, but they had called and said they were coming that day and an approximate time window of 2 hours, which we appreciated. Their only shortcoming, was that the original offer said they would fill any cracks before applying the sealcoat. We had several cracks along the south side of our driveway where grass was growing through the cracks and it should have been obvious that these cracks needed to be repaired. They were not repaired. Shame on me for not being here when they did the work to point those cracks out. Shame on them for missing what should have been obvious. If the cracks had been repaired, I would have given them and "A".

Not well at all. This service was purchased on April 13th and didn't get completed until October. It seemed as though the mention of Angies list got us right to the back of the bus every time that scheduling came up. I originally mentioned that the driveway was bigger than the size quoted for the price and 1.237 was added at the time of the job bringing the price to 1,436 which was on the high side from others who had done this every 24 months for the last 30 years at this property but , since I already had paid the 199, I agreed to the total of 1,436. Finally, when the job got done in late September or early October, I immediately saw that the cracks weren't filled prior to the main material being applied. I watched as the person who applied the seal coat worked hard to put the material on while the other individual who was suppose to fill the cracks fell asleep on the truck out of boredom. The cracks are filled first so that they don't show so much after the main material to seal coat is applied. I complained and Aurora agreed to do the cracks but since those cracks would stand out , I requested that Aurora reapply the seal coat material because of the crack situation and the fact that the skimpy amount of the seal coat material used didn't cover the area properly anyway. Aurora's representative refused . Finally Aurora came to fill the cracks and did a lousy job of doing that . My mistake , besides hiring Aurora in the first place was to pay the extra 1,237.00 right away. We are non litigious people so one won't find us in Federal, State, County or small claims court.

I didn't like the rebar job and the base did not looked packed. The rebar was not tied and I tied it myself and even added one short section. I asked Ron (The condescending sales guy and I think owner.) about both things and he said it didn't need to be tied and only amateurs supported concrete when pouring. He also said the base looked loose because I had him put footings under the apron and it was the loose dirt from the holes. Both my neighbors did not notice a packer being used. (I could not get off work, lesson learned be there when work is being done.) Also, I told him three times I wanted the apron squared off with the house. It did not get done and he didn't even apologize for the job not being done the way I wanted. The sealing was unsatisfactory. I was told they would clean the driveway before they sealed it and the just wire brushed it and blew it of before sealing. When I asked him about the cleaning he said that he never said he would clean it. Buy the way he gave me the sealing job for $130 which was supposed to be a supper price, then two weeks later I saw the same deal for $99. (Nice.) They said they would be here between 12 and 4pm and did not show up till 9pm. I just let them do it because I was so sick of them and wanted it over with.

They provided the lowest bid, did excellent work, and promptly fixed a minor problem when it was discovered.

Everything went very well. There was an issue with working around the weather but once he finished the final product is beautiful. He didn't get it done just to get it done, but he waited until the right conditions so he could do it correctly. He also communicated very well and kept me informed throughout the project.

The company was very responsive to our scheduling needs. The staff were efficient and thorough in ensuring that the driveway was clean and cracks filled prior to recoating. Two months later we are still very happy with the results. Our driveway looks great.

They did a very nice job on the driveway. The quality was top notch. They were even able to make it out earlier than promised, which was nice. The one issue I had is that they never gave me any information regarding the concrete porch issue I was having. An email back inquiring after the service was never returned either. Other than that, the seal coat job was great.
