Aurora Asphalt & Concrete

I was out of town when they did the job, but when I returned it looked great. I would definitely hire them again.

Aurora workers were prompt, courteous, and thorough. They did a fine job.

First application went well; an hour after they left a cloudburst washed it into the street and across the garage doors. I contacted them, with photos of the damage and they came back the following week. Only charged for the asphalt in the deeper potholes. The first crew showed up at 6:00 pm and didn't seem all that interested in doing the job, just getting it done. The 2nd crew actually explained things, and did a much better job edging the driveway sides and bottom and when they were done asked us to come out and inspect before they left. On a funny aside, they did need help jumping their truck to start. It happens.

It went perfect. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, did an excellent job, exactly what they said they'd do, cleaned up and left.

Purchased the deal on Angie's List on Saturday & was contacted on Sunday. The job got scheduled for the next day. Every thing went smoothly & they did a great job. The deal was for $223 for 1000 sq. feet , mine was $39 more with the parking pad. I would definitely use them again.

Provided a quote within a day of request. Sent email on a Friday accepting quote for service and work completed the following Monday. Driveway looks fantastic.

After they came and did the work we had to pay additional $225 because we had a larger driveway. This is $100 more than we have ever had to pay for a driveway seal. Had we known this we would of bid out this service and probably used someone else that was cheaper. On the other hand we have used them to do a new apron on our driveway. We got several bids and they were the best deal. I don't advise purchasing the "Big Deals' your better off getting your own bids.

They called me the very next day after the purchase and came out 2 days later. Job was done in about an hour and our driveway couldn't look any better! Professional and courteous.

Did what they said they would do. Did it when they said they would do it. Did it for the price quoted. Friendly guys. Left job site clean.

Drew and Tanner were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly and thoroughly and were very responsive to my questions. They also provided me with information regarding the process and what to expect after the work was done. The job itself took around an hour. They scrubbed and blew off any debris from the driveway. Then they patched a few hairline cracks. Lastly, they poured the thick seal coating and very neatly and thoroughly coated the driveway. I was impressed with their precision. It's obvious they learned to color within the lines as children! I highly recommend them and will call them in two years when it is time to sealcoat again. Thanks much Drew and Tanner!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out really well. They came in on a Friday afternoon to do the job. It looked great when I saw it. But then a storm erupted and the next morning, it was all washed away. It looked really spotty. I called them the next day and left a voicemail and explained what happened. On a Sunday night, I got a phone call from them and they weren't expecting that to happen and they had already scheduled someone to come up Monday morning and redo the job which they did. I paid an additional $260 because I believe the deal was for 1,000 square feet and my driveway was 3 times that size. When I bought this deal, I was really trying to do it in the fall. All of a sudden, I get this phone call on a Thursday night saying that he was a reputable company and that they had cruised in Ramsey and were wondering if I'd be interested in doing the job right then. That caught me completely by surprise. They explained that they were self-sufficient, everything they do was with a wire brush and compressed air. I really appreciated the fact that they came back to me, rescheduled over the weekend and had everything done the following Monday. I already recommended them to my neighbor across the street.

I thought Aurora did a really nice job with the concrete driveway. It was a fairly complicated job because we shifted our driveway over about 10 feet, but the team was careful and efficient and the craftsmanship looks very good. They also used rebar to tie the new driveway directly into the garage concrete floor, which is nice. I would certainly recommend Aurora to others.

Purchased Big Deal for $200 for 1000 square feet. Needed an additional 550 square feet at $99. Took awhile for the weather to cooperate, but pleased with service. Of course the real test will be future years. The first summer, it looks great. Did a good job of cleaning the driveway, filling in cracks and cleaning up edging. I believe they subcontract their services. Customer service was good, product is good.

Ron came over and gave me an accurate estimate the next day. Because of inclement weather he had to work in between rain storms. Ron and his crew were extremely skilled and friendly (that is not always the case, unfortunately). Job was done on time and completely cleaned up afterwards. Excellent!!

They arrived when they said they would, went to work immediately, and had the job done when I got home, as they said they would. I wasn't there for the actual work, and I don't know anything about sealcoating. My only concern was that other homes I have seen with this done, the driveway was roped off for several days. I was told mine would be usable the next morning. I hope this is an advancement in technology.

Called & scheduled for them to come out and give me an estimate for concrete apron. Never showed up!

They initially contacted me and let me know what it would take to get the work completed – a certain number of hours of dry weather. We were working on a time frame to get a house sold. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fit a date that worked on our time frame. They did answer questions and phone calls when needed. They are someone who I would call again in the future.

They were easy to contact and I was quickly scheduled. They came when they said they would. The two men were pleasant, professional, hard working, thorough, and very neat. The only thing I can't comment on is, I don't know how well the seal-coating ill hold up and how long it will stay black. Look great now!
