Salesman was not professional. Upset with how they treated us.

I worked with Ron the owner. I purchased the special they were offering on Angie's List to have a concrete apron installed. I sent him photos of additional damage to the front of the garage floor and sidewalk next to our driveway. Ron was able to the additional work at a price that other providers were not able to match. His crew also installed a pop-up drain under the sidewalk. I would like to note the ease of working with Ron on this project and the exceptional service they provided. The project was delayed a few days due to rain but Ron and his crew were still able to squeeze us in on their busy schedule. In fact, Ron gave us a seasonal discount on resealing our asphalt driveway and his crew was out here until dusk the Friday before Memorial weekend! That is exceptional customer service. The quality of their work was exceptional and I would definitely recommend Aurora Asphalt & Concrete and would use them again.

It looked good when after it was finished. We did not know when we could drive on it, so we had to contact the provider. I had left a phone number but they never used it, instead they communicated via Angie list's messages which always was not the most efficient way.

The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. I did not meet the technicians, but they did a really good job. They were great with the cleanup and scheduling was not an issue.

They did a good job seal coating and filled several major cracks and holes in my drive as part of the service.

They were easy to schedule with and work with. No administrative problems. They did not even require anyone to be home for the work to be performed. The sealant they used allowed me to use the driveway as normal the following day.

The service was purchased and acknowledged by the provider on 4/5/2014. I responded that day with an e-mail with my personal e-mail address and telephone number indicating that I was willing to be flexible and asking him to call me to reschedule. I had no communication from him, except for a credit card charge for the service, until June 10 and that was in response to my complaint. At that time he explained that he could only schedule 2 days ahead of time and that I was scheduled for June 17. I told him that if he had explained this two months earlier I might have been sympathetic, but I didn't want to do business with someone who neglects his customers to this extent.

WOW, the driveway looks absolutely beautiful. The service provided by Aurora Asphalt was wonderful, and I am very pleased with the work. Thank you! Would use them again!

It went smoothly and quickly - "marvelous" in one word. I was completely satisfied at the conclusion of this work. They arrived when they said they would and did a really handsome job. The first day, they removed the old broken concrete [I was surprised at seeing that accomplished as I really couldn't picture how this "apron" thing was going to be done.] The next day, I arrived home to find the new concrete laid and the area roped off. It looked so absolutely nice! Now, I can't bring to mind what that garage concrete area must have looked like before (it was quite sunken and breaking) prior to this job being done because the entire back area of the house looks so good with the new concrete apron right in front of the garage door. I am completely - 100% - satisfied with my concrete apron! Thank you Aurora Concrete!

Ron works with a concrete team that was amazing. Very punctual and friendly. Did additional service to assist with some problems found. Cleaned up site like they were never there. Asphalt driveway installation took longer than expected due to rainy weather. No fault of theirs. Ron understood our need to get this done due to the house being sold. Got the job done very nicely as quickly as they could. Would highly reccommend Ron and his team to anyone looking for this type of service.

Aurora Asphalt Co did an excellent job. The owner was prompt in providing a quote and scheduling. The two person crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. The driveway looks great and will contact them again when it requires another seal coating in a couple of years.

Fantastic company. The job turned out fabulous. They did a nice job. These people worked in all my needs. They had to use a jackhammer and kept my door and belongings safe and clean while they worked. They were professional and timely. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need.

They were timely, efficient and respectful

They showed up early and were very polite. Cleaned the area pretty well and were careful filling cracks and small dents on the asphalt.

I never even saw them! They responded promptly to my inquiry and made arrangements to come out as soon as the weather would permit. When the weather finally cooperated, they called me a day in advance to ask if the following day would work, I said yes, they came out while I was at work and were done by the time I got home. The driveway looks great and there was no mess or sloppy stuff to take care of. A perfect, seamless experience!

We purchased a Big Deal and then paid extra for the square footage beyond that included in the deal. The price was great. It took awhile to set this up. We understood the company was going to call us but that didn't happen. But when we called them, the appointment was promptly made. They were unable to keep the first appointment because of being held up at another job, but called promptly and were able to reschedule to a time that worked for us all. The driveway looks great. There is a small tire track at the bottom, but it is a driveway after all

The work was done on time, on the right day and was excellent. I was completely satisfied with the concrete apron Aurora installed. All messages and phone calls between us were handled in a proper time frame and the contractor explained to me that the sealcoating was for asphalt driveways. Mine was concrete. They did a very handsome job on the apron they laid at the garage door - the house looks so much nicer with the new work. Thank you Aurora Asphalt!

They had excellent communication! They were on time and very honest when they told me that they did not have the equipment to do the work that I needed. He apologized, but I respected the fact that he was honest.

Everything went well. They did the work as promised, they did a good job, and it was easy getting in touch to schedule.

Initially when we bought the "deal" in April I expected it would be several weeks before the job would be scheduled, We did not get e return call until I emailed 5 weeks later asking about when it would be scheduled. At that point we were told they needed 50 degree temp or they couldn"t guarantee the job. Perfectly understandable. When the temp was satisfactory, the job was scheduled to when it was convinient for us. The two workers, Tanner and Brett were excellant, the care in cleaning and appling the seal coat were great. They took extra precautions to not track any of the seal on the sidewalks, brick or stone boardering the driveway. It took them about two hours for a 1000 sg ft driveway . It looks wonderful. Would use them again.
