very disapointed in work

The company left a quote and some nice literature at our home (door to door sales). We looked through the information, did some research on the products they used and thought they seemed reputable. I left a message on their scheduling line and a nice, courteous woman called the day before to tell me rain was predicted, so they will be moving our date out. They confirmed the day before and I felt good about the service we were about to receive, until they pulled up to our house. A gentleman stepped out of the un-marked pickup truck, with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and asked if we had a hose he could use to clean the driveway. He was polite but I thought the literature said it would be professionally cleaned...I suppose it was, with my water, and my hose, done by a "professional". I left for work and at when I returned I see seal coat in my grass and all over the road. The coating is not uniform on the driveway. I was horribly disappointed. Yes, they kept their promise and did not get any on my home, but I expected a higher quality finish on the driveway. They also broke the hose connection to the house. If they had pulled any harder, I would have had a flooded basement.
