We serve Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. We manage Pronto from a local office & we are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. You may recognize us from another local air conditioning company. The Sedgwick family sold its business in 1999 to a national manufacturer and Wade and Greg stayed on to run the business from 1999 through March 2008. We opened Pronto because we felt we could provide a personalized experience and exceptional customer service by managing our entire business from a local office. We are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. Pronto is proud to have won the Bryant 2009 Dealer of the Year award. The award is given each year to Bryant’s best dealer out of more than 4,000 dealers in North America.

Appreciated the prompt scheduling and the explanations as to possible future problems with the furnace. Everything else checked out ok for this year and I got a discount due to a special that Pronto had for both systems. Will use again. Pronto has been my go to company for AC and furnace concerns for 8 years.

We called on a Sunday for the A/C repair service. Pronto was able to schedule a Monday (next day) service appointment. They were prompt, communicated what needed to be done, and fixed it. I was so impressed that I asked them if they could do a tune up on both the A/C and furnace, which they performed the next day. Brandon did both the repair and the tune-ups. He was excellent. I will definitely use Pronto again and would recommend them to others.

They were customer focused and provided me with training on how to work with a new thermostat and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I have had bad luck with this vendor twice in a row. First time it was during furnace maintenance service. The service person did not flush the condensation line. I ended up with a blocked line later. When I called to ask if this was a missed item, they acknowledged it so and refunded my money. I thought that was fair. Recently, I had then come over for maintenance on functional AC. This time again the tech did not flush the condensation line. When asked he said - no signs of blockage. Well - why send me a check list of what will be done as part of the maintenance service if you are going to skip one of the most important items? I filled out the feedback form with all the details and left a voice mail. Never heard back from them. Extremely disappointing.

I chose pronto to install a new a/c and furnace about four years ago and have used them since for regular service of the system. They had always provided excellent service. I plan to use them for all of my HVAC needs going forward. Sometimes I have to wait for a while to get on their busy schedule but they know what they are doing and are well worth the wait. If you are in the process of deciding who to go with, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire this company.

Everything went great. A problem with my ac was found and fixed before I got a bad surprise when I needed ac. I have had this company before, and they did not find problems, and no problems developed later. I saw the problem part. They don't find problems unless there is a real problem. I have used this company for years. Originally, I had a problem with my water heater which they solved at a reasonable price. They are always prompt and don't make a mess. They answer questions in a way I understand. They are respectful of me and my property. I really like that they text or e-mail a picture of the technician who is coming to my house, so I am 100% sure before I open the door.
