I had purchased the furnace online and did the install myself, Eric was able to figure out what to do about the fan speed problem. The first tech that came out replaced the circuit board, thinking that is what controlls the fan speed. The problem persisted, so I called Pronto back and they scheduled Eric first call the next day, we talked about the static pressure in the ductwork, he thought it could potentially cause the fan that was set to a higher speed, to automaticly reduce it's speed. then go back to the pre set speed when the pressure dropped, over and over again. by choosing a lower speed on the board using the dip switches, The speed was stabilized. I was very happy because Pronto didn't charge me for the return visit. They are an Honest company I will use again if I come across another problem I can't figure out myself!

Pronto has been servicing my furnace and AC for several years. When it was time to replace, l knew who I was going to call. Working with Pronto on the replacement was an excellent experience. From Jack in Sales, to Darren and Kevin who led the installation everything went well. Final inspection was completed today. Both the mechanical and electrical inspectors commented on the great job.

Well, Chris was great. He fixed the thermostat to get it working again. He will be back out next week to replace the aging thermostat with something high tech!!

Great, Jessi answered all our questions, had to come back because we had dumb questions (were old) on this new technology. Have been with Pronto better than 10 years when they installed the new furnace/heat pump. Equipment has never failed, the service is top notch, very friendly staff, I would never deal with another Company. No charge because we just had somewhat dumb questions.

Pronto was responsive to my initial Angies List message and was able to get someone out next day for 1st job in the morning for a free estimate. Upon review of the project, they provided a quote that was in line with my budget. He mentioned he could do the work at the same time. I gave him the green light to do the job. I left for work and he sent me a text message of the final project, and I paid via credit card over the phone. All in all, a job well done!

I called at 10 in the morning and Robby was at my home by 1:00 the same day ( pronto... as promised!). He discovered that a critter had chewed the wire connecting the furnace to the thermostat. The repair was done immediately and my thermostat was replaced with an upgraded model that connects me through my cell phone and wi-fi so that I can monitor and regulate the temperature in my home from my phone. Since I travel a lot, I was thrilled. He was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. I love Pronto!

My 33 yr old HE Carrier furnace finally gave up. It was a part that would cost over $1000 to replace. At that point, the repair tech suggested I might be better off to put that towards a new unit. I might add he was not pushy in any way, merely making some common sense suggestions. He did locate the part and did offer to do a repair, but economically it didn't really add up. He offered to contact a rep who could be at my house that afternoon (on a Friday). He did show up promptly, we reviewed my options, and settled on a Bryant unit to complement my new a/c unit (also done by Pronto). He told me the installers would be present at 700am on Monday, and they were. The installers were timely, conscientious, friendly and professional. They were also very clean, covering my tile entryway with a cloth, and all of my exposed carpet with plastic, and I didn't have to ask for that. On top of that, they wore shoe protectors as well! The install took about 3 hours, and we were ready to go. They even added a return for the unit at no extra cost. I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but this is one company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They take a complex decision and make it really simple and uunderstandable. They never apply selling pressure or steer you towards a unit you don't want. They answer their phones promptly, and keep you up to date with text messages all along the way. The repair tech even reduced the price of my new furnace by the cost of the service call (which I did pay). All in all, my experience in replacing my a/c and furnace units could not have been less stressful, or more professionally handled. More service companies should run their business like Pronto. Highly recommended.

Chris, the Pronto tech, arrived on time at 7 AM, figured out what went wrong, got a very expensive 15 year old part covered by Bryant despite only having a 10 yr. parts warranty, drove from Eden Prairie to Plymouth to get the part and then back and installed it giving us peace of mind through this current stretch of below zero weather.

Chris provided excellent customer service. He was able to detect the problem.

It went very well especially with the follow-up

Installation was fine. Customer service not so much. After waiting 3 months; sending 3 e-mails; and making 1 phone call, I finally received the paid invoice I requested for tax purposes. In addition I was told I would receive a warranty package in the mail. When I called the office to find out where it was I was told they don't send out a warranty package. Then a few days later I received the warranty package in the mail. For what PRONTO charges for products, they can do better than that. Apparently once the "sale" is made, customer service is not a priority.

Showed up late and turned out my thermostat needed to be replaced. Cost them under $50 for the part (retail online so likely much less for Pronto) and under 30 minute install...charged me $479.00!!! plus the service fee of $149. Never use again.

Pronto was fantastic. Frank was the sales and design consultant. He was courteous, punctual, direct, and thorough. I asked him to clarify a few items on the initial proposal, and he was quick to provide the specifics I requested. The install team did fantastic work. No shortcuts - the work done was high quality. They replaced all of the old venting, the old humidifier, etc. This was much appreciated as other vendors had proposed trying to salvage old parts during their quoting process. Pronto showed up at my place in force on the install date, with numerous trucks and personnel, and, as a result, they completed all the work during one day. They cleaned the work area before they left, leaving the area better than it was when they arrived. I'd definitely use them again.
