We serve Minneapolis & St Paul as well as the surrounding suburbs. We manage Pronto from a local office & we are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. You may recognize us from another local air conditioning company. The Sedgwick family sold its business in 1999 to a national manufacturer and Wade and Greg stayed on to run the business from 1999 through March 2008. We opened Pronto because we felt we could provide a personalized experience and exceptional customer service by managing our entire business from a local office. We are committed to providing friendly, hassle-free service and employing only the best technicians. Pronto is proud to have won the Bryant 2009 Dealer of the Year award. The award is given each year to Bryant’s best dealer out of more than 4,000 dealers in North America.

Inspection seemed ok, the "cleaning" consisted of wiping it with a rag. I figured it would have been more than that. The technician neglected to close my front door all the way a couple times when going in and out.

SIgned up for services when I noticed a rattling in my furnace after the weather started getting cold. Scheduling was a breeze, Matt showed up on time, looked into the rattling and determined it to 1) be the induction motor and 2) not a major problem. Performed a cleaning and tune-up and pointed out a minor problem with how my cold air returns were routed and recommended I get a duct cleaning.
Everything was quick and easy and I'd use them again for any future furnace issues.

Called when they opened at 7:30am. They were able to get me in same day after a cold snap (another company said "monday", which would have been 4 days out due to the number of people with no heat). Initially stated between 2pm-4pm. There must have been an opening because they called me to let me know a 12pm was available.
Technician arrived on time. Wore booties in the house, so did not track in snow. Evaluated my problem and said it was a dirty ignition sensor. Recommended a club membership to Pronto since it was a few dollars cheaper than a service call plus furnace tune-up. So I will get a "free" AC tune-up in the spring -- nice!
Work was completed in about 1/2 hour. Very professional -- virtually no mess. I am very happy with this service.

Pronto was MUCH BETTER than the prior heating company I had contacted previously for service.

They arrived on time and quickly got to work, they answered all our questions and pointed out things that might go bad in the future. Overall I was happy with their service, however I felt a little pressure when he kept mentioning that I would lose a great discount if I didn't choose to replace my furnace before the end of the year.

We just had a technician meeting that morning to discuss the Federal Tax Credits that were approved by Congress late in December. The timing was funny because the Tax Credits are only available for homeowners who upgrade their furnace & AC in 2014, which meant we only had about 6 working days to install the qualifying purchases. We certainly did not want to push you into a purchase that you were not ready to make. The Pronto experience was excellent. Very knowledgeable and responsive sales technician. Gave us great advice and managed the entire process flawlessly. It's difficult to find a trustworthy & reliable HVAC company. I've used many contractors in the past and was usually very disappointed in the process and the outcome. We hired Pronto to perform an annual check-up on our home furnace. The technician was prompt, arriving on schedule. This is important for us, so we appreciate them being on time. The technician was very friendly. W e performed all the testing as promised. He even wrote down the results and interpreted them for us. Very professional. We highly recommend Pronto!
