They do delivery and pick up twice a week for us, and it always goes smoothly, I have no complaints!

I dropped off a wool peacoat to have it cleaned in early December. I had a coupon for $10 off cleaning from this company. I've never used this cleaners before. The cost would be $19 for the cleaning, less the $10 coupon. When I returned to get the coat, severely spots on the sleeve had not come clean so I asked them to re-do it. When I came back a week later the coat was ruined. In trying to clean to spot the color had bleached my coat and it was no longer wearable. I was asked to fill out a claim form. I first went on line to find what it would cost to replace the coat. It was an older coat, but in excellent condition,except for a tear in the lining, which did not show. A new coat of 100% wool would be about 500-600 dollars. A reasonable one would be 200-400. When I submiited the claim form they asked me what is reasonable and I said $200. I waited 2 weeks and no response from them on when my check would arrive. I finally reached the manager and he said he would give me $30 for their error. He said it is a vintage cost and that is fair replacement value. I was shocked at this low price. He was very adamant that this is fair and was not at all customer oriented. He would not change his offer. When I told him I paid for the dry cleaning, he then offered to give me $40. When I said I would be satisfied with $100, he refused and then he hung up on me. I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. About 1 week later I got a check for $40.

I am compelled to report a service incident I experienced over the past few weeks with our neighborhood dry-cleaning drop-off/pick-up service through Best Cleaners #1. After placing by dry-cleaning bag on my front steps the morning of 4/1, I was surprised that they were never returned to me. I called Best Cleaners #1 to report the missing clothes. It quickly became clear to me that they were taking the position that they did not pick up the clothes. After several disturbing conversations from a customer service perspective (complete lack of professionalism) I was informed that they will not accept ANY responsibility for the lost bag of clothes. I acknowledge that someone could have stolen my dirty clothes off my front steps, but I doubt it. Using this service over time has now cost me more than one thousand dollars worth of clothes. I hope anyone else using their service learns from my mistake and chooses to use a different dry-cleaning service going forward.

I expected the dry cleaning to be hung on our clothes rack, but when it was not there, I waited until the next delivery day. When it still had not arrived, I called to see if there had been a problem. I was told that it was delivered and that I should look around. I asked that the truck be checked and my call was returned to tell me that the truck was empty. My entire family and I looked everywhere inside the house and the garage. The delivery was no where to be found. Again, I called and was told that the clothes were delivered. I searched further for my clothing. It was not at my home. On Sunday evening, before I had to go to work the next day, I left a frantic message saying that there had been a mistake and that I didn't even have clothes for my new job. The next day went by until 2 pm and I received no call. I then called again and was told the same story as before. Finally, I asked to talk to the owner. From the second he took my call, he was angry and aggressive. He took no responsibility for the situation and when I asked him how we could solve the problem he simply said he did not know. He said it wasn't his problem once the clothes were left in the garage. Several times, I asked him to lower his voice and he said that he had heard my voice mail and that he was angry too. My entire bag of new work clothes is now missing and I have been rudely told that it is my problem. I am completely dissatisfied and feel I should be reimbursed for my loss.

Gordy, our delivery driver is wonderful. He is the icing on the cake. He picks up the dry cleaning twice weekly, and is always polite and professional. The price is a bit higher than some other dry cleaners where you drop your items off and pickup the items yourself, but the quality of the finished product and free delivery make up for it. Sweaters come in special garment bags as well as bedspreads - great for storing them at the end of the year. I forgot to check my husbands pants pockets and placed them in the dry cleaning bag. Shortly after our items were picked up from our home, I received a phone call from the cleaners. They had found a $100 bill in my husbands pants pockets, and did we want to pick it up today or have Gordy hand deliver it to us on the following day. I was amazed at how quick they were to report the money they had found, and that they called us so quickly. I feel that had this been any other cleaners, we would never have received a phone call - or the money back.

They don't charge any additional amount for the pick up and drop off they just charge for the individual garments. I will definitely continue to use them because their services have been wonderful

Top-notch customer service combined with excellent dry cleaning! We're spoiled rotten with the free home delivery.

They are detail-oriented, extremely consistent, professional, very good at removing stains, and fairly priced.

Gordy, our delivery representative, is great. They were very pleasant and on time. The quality each step of the way has been top notch with one exception. The pillow covers for our great room came back with iron markings. I called the company and they picked them up quickly and returned them a week later with most of the iron marks gone. Those marks remaining were barely visible. I especially like the quality of hangars they use and how well everything is hung when it is returned.

We have been using Best Cleaners for several years and find that they are the BEST. Our driver, Gordy is very reliable, always promp, friendly and goes out of his way. He always has a smile for us and treat for our dog. The quality of the work is excellent and if at any time there is a problem they take care of it without any hassels or negative feedback.

THEY ARE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, PROMPT, REASONABLE AND PRECISE IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP. THEY WILLINGLY REPRESS OR RECLEAN IF YOU ARE NOT ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED, WHICH IS RARE, AND GET IT DONE RIGHT!

FINALLY, A DRYCLEANER THAT GETS IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. A LITTLE OUT OF OUR WAY, BUT WELL WORTH IT CONSIDERING THAT WE ARE USED TO HAVE TO BRING ITEMS BACK 3-4 TIMES FOR RE-DOS AT OUR OLD DRY CLEANER.
