These guys are the best and will work with you on whatever your needs. Very professional and friendly, and just a pleasure to work with! I plan to recommend them to all my clients.

I have used them 4 or 5 times. I have older carpets so I don't need the coating on it. Actually, I was thinking about getting it done at some point. I usually use them once a year, sometimes twice a year. The price is less expensive than some of the other providers, and I know who I am getting, and not somebody who is going to come in deadlocks and can actually carry on a conversation with you. I don't want to be afraid when somebody walks in, and when you are a girl, and he comes in and he sits and has a conversation and whatever but doesn't waste time. Qualty is great. Punctuality is great, always on time. I actually suggest him to other people. I don't know if anyone has used him, but when someone asks who I use, I always tell them. I would use them again.

They came on time and did a great job. I have used them probably 5 times and have always been very happy with their work.

It was good. I would say that he tries really hard. There were some areas in my carpet that would have been impossible for anybody to get clean. I was a little disappointed about that, but I think he gave it the best try that he could with what he had. I think I gave the “B” overall, because of my disappointment that a few areas did not come clean. He was fine, no problems. There was just one person.

Nice job. Well done and on time

They were great. We made an appointment and they called and let us know that it was probably going to be too hot, so we rescheduled. They showed up on time and were very sociable. They did a good job moving things and making me feel comfortable with them doing the work.

The gentleman arrived on time, and did a fine job.  Put liners under feet of furniture, got stains out of yellow chair. I would recommend him.  Her was very timely and professional.

They did an incredible job! They made special attempts to go over it several times and it looked so much better when it was done. There was only one area where there was some heavy traffic from the kitchen that wasn't 100% but there wouldn't be a way to get it 100%, but they tried their best! I was so impressed!

Chad arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He spent much more time than previous companies. The end result were carpets that appeared to be new. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and detail exhibited A+ Carpet Cleaning.
