Interacting with Details&Dixon's Home Services was straightforward and easy from requesting an estimate to scheduling a service date (2 days later!) to completion of the work. The timing was flexible, the crew was professional yet friendly and eager to please. They did a really good job -- my enormous upstairs windows haven't sparkled like this for several years. I will definitely use this company's service again next year & happily recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Dixon's home services washed the exterior of our home's windows. They exceeded our expectations. The windows look great. The team members were also very courteous and friendly which we appreciated.

The teams have been professional, and in the case of gutter cleaning they were careful to make sure all gutter debris was removed from the yard. I would definitely use them again.

This is the 3rd time we have used Details & Dixon. Each time the crew (s) were professional, efficient, courteous, and told us what and how they were going to perform the service. The 1st 2 times were for window cleaning and dryer duct cleaning. The latest was for house washing by Tate and Dylan. Each crew was very customer service oriented and it seemed they tried to outdo each other in the customer service department. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a very good experience with Dixon’s last week. They let us know exactly when they would arrive. The team of two young men came and immediately went to work. Despite some bad weather in the middle of the day, they completed the work efficiently, and left us with no mess to clean up.

Excellent window cleaning even with difficult old windows that resist being taken apart

Very pleased with the window cleaning that was done on Tuesday. Very professional and pleasant staff.

I had serious ice dam problems following 18 inches of snow, although I wasn’t in an emergency situation (no leaks had started). Dixon’s got me on their schedule within two days and the crew arrived promptly. The crew leader communicated well and we agreed on which areas needed their attention. It took them 6 hours to remove the ice dams from 3 large areas. Very happy with the roof now. There is a lot of residual ice in the yard/on the ground, but I think that’s inevitable with this type of work. Ice melt is helping to clear the sidewalk. Overall, I have a lot more peace of mind knowing my roof is not in danger.

Tate and Anthony arrived on time and went right to work. They were efficient, friendly, professional and tidy. They were done in an hour. Have used Dixon’s for this service for a number of years and have recommended them to multiple friends and family. Plus the folks at the office and on the phone are also very friendly and professional.
