Great work and responsibility

I received 4 estimates and was most satified with Dan and his team.  I had about 213 area to cover and several people told me it would cost about 10k or more and it was pretty darn close. I have to say I could not have asked for a better team of team of workers. They called and set up a time that worked for me, and did what they said they would do in just a week. Thank you Dan, Jake and Luke you will always be appreciated in mine and my neighbors heart for help making all our yards look much better. Came out very quickly for a quote. He was very professional. Came back for second quote when we had questions. Could sometimes be hard to get a hold of. Also, there was a delay because they ordered the wrong gate.

Dan and his team are great people and some of the best contractors I've worked with.  They are competitively priced as the other major fence companies but add a bit of that small company personality and care for your project that you do not get with the big guys.  They were able to adjust the plans for some very unique landscaping obstacles and even with that the finished product was better then my high expectations.

Not good. I received a prompt reply from Top Line fence and they came out to my house to take the measurements for a fence for our back yard. I haven't heard from them since and it's been almost a month. It is a small project and I understand if they are unable to do it but it would have been profession to at least let me know so I didn't waste time waiting for the estimate. Very poor service.

The work was done in September 2011.  When they finished the job, they left a pile of broken up concrete in my garden which I had to dispose of.  In the Spring, I couldn't even close my gates because they were slanted so badly.  They came back out and fixed the gates.  All Summer I had water standing around the pole but didn't find out until now that it was the result of a leak in the sprinkler caused by Top Line Fence when they repaired the gate.  I had to pay $104 to fix the leak.

Excellent job. Tear-down and removal of the old fence and placement of new posts were completed in one day. The new fence was placed within a week, but it took a little longer to complete the driveway gate so Top Line placed some temporary fencing so that I could use the backyard for my dog. The workers were very experienced and worked efficiently. They also did a great job with clean-up and with protecting my garden plantings along the fence line.

These guys had the new fence installed before several of the other companies could even get someone out to estimate.   It looks great and has not moved/heaved (portions are next to a pond).

I was very pleased with the work performed by Top Line. Dan was friendly and helpful. He followed my instructions to a T. I thought the price was reasonable and I would hire them again.

The job he did was wonderful, he was very professional, gave me an estimate and ideas on how to fence in my property and keep my 2 little dogs in the yard.  He made a great custom fence to go over my wrap-around porch.  He worked with my situation of have a project halfway done and was very understanding to my situation.  The job looks great and I am so happy with the end result!  The fence looks very even and is very secure.  Some companies were hesitant to work with a job someone else started and Dan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and had many ideas on how to finish the project.  The supplies are very quality and the yard was completely cleaned up; never even knew anyone was there that day doing the project when I saw the fence up when I got home!  Always came on time and finished within a few days even with some customized created gates that had to be built.  Would highly recommend him to anyone!!  Great job!!

. .The fence is beautiful. People comment on how good it looks. I also feel very confident about the quality. I have one lingering issue with the price. I initially was looking for financing. When I got a first, over the phone estimate, the price was 5000.00, but no financing. I agreed  and we continued with the process. We later met in person to go over the  final details and the price went up 500.00.  At that point I was ready to be done with the whole shopping process and had the fence built. All in all, I don't regret using Top Line as their price was still in line with other estimates and as I've said, the fence is really beautiful.

I called Top Line Fence to get a an estimate on a new gate for the back yard. I explained that it was a bit of an emergency as we had two dogs and I was concerned that they would be able to get out. Dan came out the next morning and gave me an estimate.  He explained in detail what would work best for us and provide a couple of photo's that illustrated a new gate.  The estimate was great and he told me to think about it and give him a call if I wanted to move forward.  I went with my gut and signed on the spot.  For scheduling, we planned on the middle of the next week.   Two days later he called and said he had a crew that had an opening and would be over late morning.  They arrived and explained what they would be doing and removed the old gate and wood, built a gate, installed a new post and hauled away all of the old material. The new gate is amazing. This is a double wide gate that open in, and is wide enough to drive a car through.    Top Line is an extremely professional, experienced crew and I will hire them again as I need any repairs to my fence.

Dan came out to give an estimate the day after I called. He was very professional, approachable and direct. I felt very comfortable with him and his expertise. He suggested options that would look beautiful and would save money (black ornamental fencing on the sides and black chain link across the back). Installation was scheduled for two weeks later. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and installed the posts. they waited one week and returned to install the fencing. They were competent, friendly and easy to be around. The fence is beautiful. Neighbors are stopping just to see and admire. The dogs love it too. I thought the cost very reasonable for such a quality fence.

Dan and crew was awesome! We needed a fence for our home and had talked with other fence companies who failed to follow up on quotes and questions. Dan answered my call on the same day. During the quote process he took the time to discuss material options and fencing design. Pricing was comparable to other fence quotes but his service exceeded our expectations as did the fence quality. No hidden surprises. In fact,we spent less than we thought because we didn't need one of the support posts we had originally thought we would need. Our new cedar fence not only provides the look we desired but provides privacy for our family
and our dog, Zak, the basset.
His crew was friendly and efficient. Not one complaint during our installation on the 95 degree day we had in August.

It was great. He was not the most expensive and not the cheapest. He did quality work and was easy to deal with.

The service was great!  I hired the installation of the fence because with a new family I didn't have time to completed the fence myself.  When I interviewed companies for this job, I was sold on the "we give customer service and when you call, I will be the one to answer the phone."  The customer service was excellent and I was glad that I was working with someone who treated their customer so well.  Since I have installed fences before, I had high standards for any company I was going to hire.  Upon prepping my yard for the installation of the fence, concerns arose with the neighbors, and I had to move the start date.  Top Line Fence was very understanding and worked with me to move the date further out until everything was resolved.  After completion of the fence and upon inspection, I was happy with the work.  There are a couple of runs of fence that are 100+ feet long and one can look down the line and it is nice and straight - which is what you want when you want to ensure the fence is on your property.

Dan (Buranen) was great!  I called on short notice and he was at our house the following day.  He showed us multiple options and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each type of fence and material.  We signed with him that day and the fence was up within a few days pending permits and weather.  The fence is beautiful, we love it, it completely transformed the look of our back yard.  We counldn't be more happy with Dan and Top Line Fence!

Dan delivered!  The price was the best of 3 bids I received.  The job was done when he said it would be done - the job was delayed one day because of weather and Dan called me to tell me about the delay.  The fence was installed properly.  The job site was thoroughly cleaned up when they were done - I could hardly tell they had been there.

We love our fence!  After the storm, we called Top Line Fence and they responded in a very timely manner.  Dan came out, listened to what our needs were and made great recommendations.  We selected a red cedar fence and could not be happier.  The installers were on time, courteous, worked hard and did a beautiful job.  They did a great job cleaning up which we really appreciated.  We also received guidance with a stain selection and love that.  We would strongly recommend Top Line Fence to all our family and friends.  It was a great experience.

Dan and all of the guys at Top Line were fantastic. They were not as slick and polished as the people we talked to at Artistic and Dakota, but they were sincere, honest, and hard-working and the quotes were nearly identical. We told them why we needed the fence and exactly what we wanted, and they worked with us to figure out how best to proceed. After the estimate, Dan recommended an affordable surveyor so that we could avoid troubles with our neighbors. We found out that the existing fence was actually on their property, and moving if onto our side of the line meant that the fence was going to have to navigate around two large trees. The Top Line guys worked with me very closely in order to figure out how best to do this without losing too much play space for our kids and dogs. The fence went up very quickly and has met all of our expectations. It's obvious that they paid attention to the fact that this fence was meant to contain dogs, and they made every effort to block every possible escape route. When I received my bill, I was absolutely delighted to see that it was more than $600 LESS than anticipated. Who does this??? Apparently people who want to win life-long customers. I highly recommend Top Line Fence.

I called Top Line Fence and spoke to Dan.  We scheduled an appointment.  Before he cam out, I had a large expense, and had decided to wait to replace the fence.  Dan suggested I repair it for the time being.  He replaced a couple of posts, and some other repairs.  It's standing tall, and I'm very satisfied with how his crew respected us, how Dan came out to the site to follow-up on the job, and how respectful he was of our decisions.

I will replace the fence this coming spring, and will not call anyone but Top Line Fence.
