Personal housecleaning service includes but may not be limited to: - Dusting - Vacuuming - Mopping - Windows (that do not require removal) - Bathrooms, including tub/tile surrounds - Deep Cleans, ie; Ovens, Refrigerators, Shower doors/Tile/Tub Surrounds Rates: $40/hr. (Includes sales tax), 2 hour minimum Supplies: I provide cleaning agents, towels, rags, mop, etc., with the exceptions of vacuum & toilet brush. (You do not want someone else's floor bits, scents, or germs transferred to your home.) All cloths, mops, tools are sanitized after each cleaning. Each home gets their own dusting tool not to be shared with other clients. If you prefer I use your favorite cleaning agent, no problem! It needs to be non-toxic/free of harsh chemicals. I can also use your cleaning cloths & mop, then pop them in the washing machine before I leave. * No first-time cleanings without a prior in-person interview & tour of your home or the property. * Deep cleans are best scheduled 1) in advance, 2) separate from general cleaning since they can take much longer, depending on the state of need. * Certain jobs are really tough like a very mineralized shower door which cannot be easily removed. Some of these jobs may require stronger products &/or more time to finish. I do have stronger non-toxic products for these jobs, but in the event that the job requires chemicals to complete, I may not be the right fit for that particular deep clean need. ** No masking, please.
