Paul installed gutters on my house in 2011. We replaced the front deck and decided that we did not want the downspout in that section in the same place. Paul came out to look at it and suggested that we run one continuous gutter across 2 sections of the front of the home with a larger gutter to handle the extra water and dump into one downspout. We accepted his very reasonable estimate and he completed the project within a week. It looks fantastic. Highly recommend All American

So, I found this company online, and the initial response from the owner was great. He rsponded to my initial inquiry, he came out to provide an estimate the next day, and was quite friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that's where it all ended. I reached back out to him to schedule the actual work. I left a voicemail for him. After two days, still hadn't heard back. I called again and actualy got him. He told me he was on a job and would call when he was free that afternoon. Again, two days go by and nothing. I reached out to him again. This time, the voicemail box was full. I called again the next day and reached the owner, and again he told me he would call me before the end of the day. Nothing. I had reached him on at least three occasions and was told he'd call later. He never did. Finally, I got a hold of him the week before Thanksgiving. He told me he would be at my house on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I asked if he was sure he could make that work and he assured me that would work. We agreed upon 9:00 on Friday. And of course Friday rolled around and he was nowhere to be found. He never showed up, never called, never texted. I left two voiemails and received zero response. Completely unprofessional. Would never do business with this company...

Went very well. I had him out twice - once to do some emergency gutters on one side of the house after it was built and we realized there was a bad erosion factor without them and once to finish the rest of the house. He matched the colors between the two times and joined the existing gutters to the new ones. Everything got installed well. I eventually had a landscaper come in and install some in ground catches that are easier to mow around than the typical downspouts.

He was willing to negotiate and it was the lowest price but sometimes the lowest price isn’t necessarily always the best because he never showed up and did the work. At least he didn’t do the work in the middle, take the money and leave. He submitted a really nice proposal, the presentation was really professional and he had company information sheet. He had a warranty sheet too. The estimate portfolio looks really professional but he never showed up to do the work like he said he was going to come and give us a date and time. He never showed up, then we called him and his answering machine was full. We never got a hold of him and we never heard from him again. The quote was $3558 with the leaf guard. I said could you do it for $3000 and he said yes, he could do it for $3024.30.
