They did what they said they were going to do.

They were good. They were prompt and they coordinated well. They did it in a very short time. The quality of the work was excellent. Their price is a little high for the market but they make it up in their service.

It was a horrible experience. The plumber had no idea which direction the water line was coming from where it comes into the house and where it runs through the ceiling because this a lower level adjustment out to the house. He cut one 5 x 5 keyhole saw hole in one bedroom wall, because he thought that is where the water line would be, only to find out that it wasn't. Then we had to go to another wall to finally figure it out. He did not ask and only said he thought he knew where the problem was. He did ask if it was okay. There was no expertise in cutting the hole; he just kind of jabbed the keyhole saw in, cut the hole then stated the line was not there and said he had to move to the other side of the house. I had to end up patching that bedroom wall. I thought the charge was extremely expensive for replacing that outdoor spigot. I will not use him again and I have used another plumber since then.

The experience has been positive. It was very satisfactory.

Overall good.  He got the furnace running and gave many recommendations and useful advice.  Genz Ryan is the choice for many builders in the Twin Cities.  I have built three homes and they were the sub contractor on all of them.  There staff is professional, timely, very informed, knowledgable and up to date on all the newest greatest things as well as just the good old work horse solutions for your home.  They do a good job, been in business for a very long time so if a homeowner needs a warranty repair, they are there to continue service.  There prices are "fair" based upon their employees knowledge and experience and expertise.  Are they the cheapest kid on the block, no.  If service and expertise and a no hassle experience is of interest to you, I would highly recommend them.  If price is the sole determining factor, then you may not be as interested in them.  As usual to my experience with them, the technician sent out to repair my furnace was actually ten minutes early not ten minutes late.  He did a quality job and after the furnace was back up and running, he spent time explaining options, best products, worst products and everything in between.  Even down to furnace filters.  Obviously many best products come with a big price tag.  If I was looking at replacing the furnace I did not want the BMW of furnaces but just a good quality product that was known to perform, those options were presented which allowed me to make the decision which route I wanted to go in the future.  So the only reason I did not give them A overall is price, but again, there price was not unreasonable for the level of expertise, experience and professionalism. 

I continue to use them after 20 plus years is because of their quality.  I built a home, they were the sub contractor that installed the furnace and AC ect...after six months of being in my new home, the furnace was not working as expected.  They sent out a technician, inspected it and told us that it happens, for no apparent reason a furnace just goes bad.  They replaced the six month old furnace with a new furnace where many other shops would have tried to "repair" the furnace long enough to get it through the warranty stage and then it would become the homeowners problem to hopefully buy another new furnace from them.  That is not Genz Ryan style.  After 20 plus years, they are still the company I call.

The technician outlined the problem very clearly and presented options of varying complexity and cost.  I was able to ask questions and make the right decision about repairs.

It turned out very well. They were personable and on time.

They were good when they did the plumbing part of it and they were good to work with. They did a lot of explaining to us and showed us what they were doing, and showed us how to take care of things when they were all finished. They were very pleasant to work with. They were very pleasant to work with. The price was included in the whole package deal. We got good quality.

We have been dealing with them for 20 years, they are really good. They gave us a quote for our furnace, but we got a better quote from another company. They are reliable, and they are our former furnace repair person. They told us that our furnace was 22 years old, and we needed to get a new one, so they gave us a quote, and we went out and got other quotes. They had higher end furnaces, and gave us options, but we didn't want to spend that much money, so we went with a lower one.

It was a Groupon. The serviceman was very professional and very nice. However I got the feeling he was trying to sell a furnace because he said my furnace wouldn't last through the winter and it has been fine.

They got the work done quickly, they were very clean and we had no problem.

We pay an annual fee of $20 a month. We didn't like the last time they came out so I believe we are going to stop using them. They seem to be selling things that seem to be very expensive and aren't needed.

I don't remember anything remarkable so it must not have been really bad or really good. They do it every couple of years.

My experience with them was very good. They replaced it with a furnace brand I was very comfortable with in terms of dependability. This furnace brand is one of their main brands. They have always done good work. They are a little expensive; they are not cheap. That's the hard part. Then we have got to do certain things to keep up our warranty in terms of having them do checks. The checks are a little expensive. I have had the furnace now maybe about five years. If I need them, they generally do very good work.

The experience was fine. They have been around awhile and I had used them before. I would use them again.

It turned out well. They did real quality work and were always clean. It was covered and vacuumed every night. They did a good job. There were two estimates and mine was the lowest. They were very professional too.

It was wonderful. I don't know anything about maintenance and stuff. I've been in my house for 10 years and I didn't know to do these things. He was a peach. It was very helpful for me. The price was totally worth it. He was good at everything and I would call him back.

We have used them for 7 years, and we use them on a regular basis. They were supposed to come out last week, but they got delayed because of other people's air conditioners. They are responsive, and they give me service, and if I have a concern, the address it. They are very professional. Their technicians are very nice as well. I am on contract with them. I have seen cheaper prices but I really want them.

They were good, they really were. Every year, they had a special on there, the furnace was the very wide one so they sent them out to you and everything, they were wonderful that way. It was great, it was good. They were very responsive. It was good quality; excellent. They were very good about responding. I didn't have any issues with it that I can remember. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I was not happy about their service. They had told me that I kind of needed a certain thing like replaced and they gave me categories but it was weird. I thought it was a little shady in how they work. In the end, I had someone come out and it had nothing to do with what they said.

The experience is just fine. We have a monthly contract with them. They are on time. They are kind of expensive.
