I thought Josh Pederson was great! He was very thorough and extremely friendly. His customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who put the carpet in was very knowledgeable and efficient at their job. They also had super customer service. We are very happy with the carpet and would recommend Floor Coverings International to all.

Josh and the install crew just finished our indoor flooring project last week and my husband and I could not be happier with our new floors. Our entire experience with them, from selecting the flooring, to the installation was flawless. They even helped us move our kitchen appliances and they completely cleaned up afterwards and took away the old worn carpets that we did have in place. They did our stairs, the entryway, our kitchen, living room, hallway, and both bedrooms and closets. Everything matches and nothing has shifted nor have any gaps opened up between the planks. This has made a huge difference in the appearance of our home and everyone's allergies here. I would also like to note that during the process we received some bad news and Josh was very gracious in halting the installation and giving us some time to deal with that. We are very appreciative of this. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a new floor or floors in their home.

I am in the middle. They have ordered my floors and they should arrive next months. I rate them for my experience do far. Josh is wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable with the process and felt tremendous relief in turning over the project to him. It's so nice to have one point of contact directing the project from beginning. I made 2 great decisions in choosing Floor Coverings International to install hardwood flooring in my home. Three years ago to install flooring in my four season room, living room, dining room and a hallway and closet off my bedrooms. I just had them install flooring in my bedrooms and closets. There work was outstanding again. There workmanship and customer service were unmatched. My bathrooms are next on my list. Guess who I am going to call?

The whole process was painless. Josh, the company representative, was not pushy, he explained the whole process in a thorough manner. They moved the large furniture and replaced it when the work was done. Our installer, David, was exceptional. His work was perfect. Really enjoyed the experience. We're happy to recommend them.

In addition to carpet, we also had hardwood installed in which they had to match our already installed hardwood. It is beautiful! The third part of the project was laminate flooring which also turned out great! In all, they installed seventy percent of our twenty-eight hundred square foot house. The project was completed in one week. Price, speed, and quality were all outstanding!

After deciding to go with Floor Coverings International, I asked Joe to make certain changes based upon options suggested by other vendors while getting estimates. He was extremely accommodating, incorporating all the changes without altering his estimate. When he assured me that customer satisfaction was a primary objective my thought was we will see. The installers he sent could not have been more personable or professional. Joe stopped by twice to make sure everything was proceeding as planned. I could not be more pleased with the entire process and the end result, and highly recommend this company with no reservations!

FCI-DC removed vinyl tile and installed marble floor tiles in 2 bathrooms of my house. Marble tiles were obtained from a reliable retailer. When arriving on the morning of August 21st, the installer was completely uninformed about the project that I booked. First thing he said was â What we are doing here?â I spent a significant amount of time choosing the metal edging, grout and other details with their salesperson during our estimate meeting, but now this installer told us that all of those choices were no longer available. He then spent a few hours visiting the local Home Depot to pick out materials of his choice. The installer was rude and asked why I did not install the tiles myself. Three days he left dirty foot prints on the carpet. After he cut tiles inside of my garage he left a deep layer of dust over almost everything. The workmanship on the tile installation was very bad and looks like the installer was unskilled. The tile lippage is very excessive and visible. The grout joint levels are too low. There were problems with carpet edging on master bathroom transition and silicon sealing around both tubs. We had a walk through with Joe Pederson a owner of FCI-DC on September 6th and he accepted in writing that there are numerous issues with bad workmanship and agreed to discuss the remaining balance of payment after the issues were resolved. The installer fixed the carpet transition on October 6th, but stated that he cannot do anything about the low leveled grout of joint and the lippage. He fixed the sealing badly, but Joe Pederson just emailed me that installer left the matching caulking, so I supposedly could fix it myself. I made numerous attempts to contact FCI-DC and FCI corporate office to discuss these problems, but I did not hear anything back. In November, I received a Final Collection Notice from FCI-DC. They are not only trying to overcharge me for the remaining sum, but also warned that â you will be contacted by our collection firm and will no longer be assisted by our company in preventing this potential credit-affecting collection reporting to take placeâ . FCD-DC used materials that were not in accordance with the customer choices made during the estimate meeting. FCI-DC did not keep promises of discounting the price based on numerous calls referenced. The workmanship on the tile installation is very bad. FCI-DC did not fix the problems related to low level of grout joints, tile lippage and poor sealant application, even though they were discovered and acknowledged as installer errors during the walk-throw. He also did not keep promises of a discount due to poor service/installation.

Cameron & Brian were personable and professional. They did everything they said they would do cheerfully and on time. They didn't just take an order, but showed up a few times during the install just to check on progress. The installer was great. I live in a condo & because of yellow jackets on my deck he had to do all his cutting 1 floor down in the garage. Many trips up & down. I think that was going above & beyond. When Cameron & Brian came to do the final walk through I was having problems putting new casters on my kitchen chairs & they stayed to help me get them all changed. Will call them again when I need new flooring in my bedrooms.

Brian was great to work with and promptly answered all of our questions. He went out of his way to find us a specific sample and brought it over. We had some concerns about how the bull nose would look so he brought us pieces to see and even had Jason, the installer, come over to talk about it before we signed on. Jason did a great job and the floor looks wonderful!

Joe Pederson, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done well and on time. It was his personal involvement, active participation, and going out of his way to work with me that convinced me he was to contractor I wanted to hire! I would hire his company again for future projects.
