Good for a Stress Test.

The staff was friendly and helpful.  We were seen quickly and later sent to Fairview Hospital for a procedure.  We were happy to have this facility so close to our home and felt comfortable with the check-in process and communications with staff.

Every body is always very friendly there. It has been great and they work me in right away when I need to get in to see the doctor right away and they are always very accommodating in that situation. They always are there for me and the office is welcoming and clean.

Their doctors are very courteous and very timely.  It was excellent.

They are just another health care clinic. They do a pretty good job. I do not see anything wrong with what they do. I have been pretty much on time of going there.

This was the first time I had seen this doctor and she was very personable and professional.  Both she and her nurse were very friendly and made me feel at ease.  They both took their time to talk with me and find out more about me.  They thoroughly answered any questions I had.

Unfortunately he's retiring this year. This is my second time, I've had him both times. I went to Fairview Southdale Hospital, I would say that the process went really well, she was able to find in the system my appointment, just as she was wrapping up with the check in, the nurse arrived to take me back and then we went through that whole process. Because it was still like winter here, they put the blankets and the little warmers so they kept me warm. They were very receptive, the environment was cold, it was a chilly day and they made you stay warm and when they had to do the IVs, they do a lot of different things for more comfort care for you.

We adopted our daughter from Russia, and Dr. Howard provided a pre-adoption assessment for us.  She was excellent at communicating via e-mail and the IAC web-site while we were in country.  They reviewed medical records, photos and videos to help us understand any potential medical issues.  We were often communicating well past 5 PM local time and received prompt responses to all our concerns.
Following our adoption and return to the US, Dr. Howard and the IAC team did a comprehensive physical and developmental assessment of our daughter.  The waiting room was clean, new and well appointed.  We only waited a few minutes for our appointment.  Dr. Howard and the physical therapist asked probing questions, took copious notes, gave guidance and tips to help everyone with the adjustment.  They conducted blood tests and had a perspective that I'm sure we wouldn't have received from our general pediatrician.  All in all,  a pleasant experience and valuable resource.

Her communication and getting back to me was terrible. That's primarily why I left her. I had a diagnosis that I think she should have talked to me about and instead she communicated it through the system that we have to communicate with doctors and nurses. I think she should have told me that information directly. The only time I could get in to see her was for my annual physicals and made the appointments way in advance. Her bedside manner was average. Whenever I had an immediate issue she was never available. I will not be using her services in the future.

He is great. He shows that he cares, so he is kind of like a friend.

They were very helpful. They did the job well.

He works really well with his patients.  He is a wonderful doctor.

I've been seeing this doctor for fifteen years. I actually drive to another town to see him. This doctor is top notch. He always spends time with me answering any questions. This doctor is fantastic, confidential, and knowledgeable. The doctor is punctual, available, and professional. The office environment is great. The staff is very friendly. The doctor has a great bedside manner and great communication skills.

It is an excellent clinic.  What I like most about it is when you're finished they give you a printout summary of everything that has been done.  I think that's excellent care.

Dr. Ganzer's practice is internal medicine and he has been the primary physician for my wife and me for many years.  He has always been positive, upfront and supportive with practical information and instant referrals when indicated.  He has no qualms about saying what concerns him or providing the facts about choices.  We have known Dr. Ganzer long enough to have personally-relevant discussions of family and personal issues.

I think she is very thorough and refers when need be. She checks items and parts that are not really in her area that you think she would check when she does a GYN exam. She is excellent. I will continue to use this practice.

Dr. Noonan is always, friendly, cheerful, and thorough.

Everything went great. I met him five or six years ago and have been going to him since. He is very prompt and professional. I would recommend him.

I have been going to him since four years. He is a great doctor. He listens carefully and provides competent feedback. He is a great guy, and he is very personable. He connects with me on a personal level. We have very similar personalities. He is very thorough. My wife also says great things about him. He is pretty accessible.

I go on a regular basis to have my blood drawn because I have a blood disorder. I've had some medical issues and rather than her calling me back to discuss them personally, it is posted on the website; I think it is very impersonal. I talked to her about it and she was not sympathetic towards that. Several times I've needed care within a day or two and I never got to see her; the only time I've been able to see her is for my annual appointments which are scheduled two months ahead of time. When I have a more immediate need they send me to urgent care or to the emergency room which I think is extremely inefficient and impersonal. I brought it up to her and she was defensive about it. I like the physician’s assistant very much and I've been able to see him before when I’ve needed help. I sent a survey in about the cold reception I've had a Fairview but I never heard back from them.

She listens well, is easy to talk to, gives options, seems to know her stuff and is thoughtful in her response. She runs appropriate testing without overdoing it. I really like her and have recommended her to others. I guess I've never had a problem with the billing and administration division. I would continue to use her in the future; in fact, I am supposed to go in December.

Dr. Noonan is my favorite OB/GYN. He takes is time with you as well as explaining procedures in detail so that you can make a well informed decision on your health. He has concern and compassion like no other doctor I've seen. You may have to wait for him as he has such an excellent bedside manner that he does take is time with each and every patient.

I think he has been very good. I am a senator, so when I go in we generally talk politics. He has been pretty good to us. He is the guy that we probably don’t see eye to eye on a lot of things, but at least we can have a good conversation.

She will go the extra mile for you. If she is booked solid, she will some how fit you in.
