I would say 12 out of 10 stars, he was very professional and organized. Our project was on time the entire time.

Excellent. Dave Beyer (owner) was in constant communication with us via e-mail (our preferred method). He did some of the work himself (painting, mill work, etc.) and hired subs for the rest. The quality of all of the work is excellent. Everything went very smoothly and Dave made a very strong effort to make sure the project stayed on schedule, which it did, and came in at or under budget, which it did. Dave also had several subs bid on each part of the project to make sure we were getting both the best work and the best price. We were very comfortable having Dave in our home and he was on site frequently throughout the project, even just to check in on things. He was very conscientious throughout the entire project and left our home clean at the end. He even made friends with our dog- not an easy feat!
