Description of Work: Capital Construction put a new roof on my house and did a wonderful job. I had roof damage due to storms last summer so my insurance company covered the costs and I paid my deductible of $2500. The project was managed perfectly from start to finish and Bryce, the Project Manager, did an excellent job of keeping me informed on all things related to this project from costs to timing and dealing with my insurance company. He is professional, smart, and knows his way around these projects. I would definitely hire them again. Well done!

Description of Work: From the first time Bryce rang the doorbell to request permission to check the roof for hail damage to the final exchange of payment, this transaction was professional but enjoyable. Not something I can usually say. I was relieved of all of the mechanics with the insurance company. The entire roof was replaced in one day. I couldn't have found a stray nail if I tried. Cole was even responsive to a problem that had nothing to do with the new roof as it turned out. I can't think of anything negative to say from start to finish.

 + -1 moreOur experience with Andy Oakes and Capital Construction was very positive. Even though our insurance company had declined to provide us with a full roof replacement after this summer's hail storm, Andy determined that our roof should have, beyond a doubt, been fully covered. Andy led us through the process of contesting the insurance settlement, which resulted in a full roof replacement. The roof replacement job was completed in two days. His crew was efficient, courteous and detail oriented. The work appears to be top notch. During roof tear-off some of the old shingles had scraped the side of the house, which had just been painted. Andy had his crew repaint those areas ensuring that everything had been restored to its original condition. In short, we were fortunate to have Andy and Capital work with us on this project and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to others with similar needs.
