Furniture - Sales
The sales person was very nice and friendly and helpful. Select the fabrics with her help. All was good until we had a problem with the fabric on the chair cushion kept twisting around. They sent out a service tech and he had the cushion remade he said it was defective. New cushion arrives looks nice and matches well. 3 weeks later the fabric is twisting around cushion. We took the cushion into the store and they said it had to be opened and the fabric twisted back. Very hard to do. They said it was normal.
I do not believe that. It doesn' t happen on the sofa nor has it ever happened on any other piece of furniture I have purchased whether it was less expensive or more expensive. They pretty much told us to live with it and handed us the cushion back and sent us on our way. I have not finished with them but have been too busy at work and too mad at them to talk to them. I believe they should let us pick another fabric or pick up the chair and refund the 1300.00 spent for chair that looks terrible.
