We had a new furnace and AC put in this winter. AC was turned on this spring, but six weeks later the air conditioner wasn’t working. Nate came over immediately. The compressor turned out to be the problem, but when the warranty was only wanting to cover the compressor replacement, he got us a whole new unit instead. Incredible! We’ve used Nate’s services in the past too, and he’s always been very timely, professional and great to work with. I’d recommend him to anybody.

We had used Nate in the past for to replace our AC unit and we loved the service he provided and the time he spent explaining the problem and what it would take to fix it so we chose him again to replace the furnace.
Nate promptly shows up in the when he was scheduled to arrive and went right to work making sure to lay down  tarps to keep the house clean. He finished up in the afternoon and we are very happy with our new furnace and even the city inspector made a comment that he was very impressed with the work that was performed.
I would whole heartedly use Nate for it again.

We were happy to receive service the same day that we called.
I would always think of calling this Company first if I would have furnace or air conditioner problems

Nate came out within hours of contact, on the coldest day of the year. The first thing he did was examine the furnace and within minutes founds a piece of plastic sheeting in the blower (missed by several CP techs!). He continued troubleshooting and found that the gas pressures were slightly off. A quick adjustment of the pressures and the furnace was no longer short cycling. He indicated the duct work is not the most efficient, but his deep experience in furnaces was clearly evident as he found the minute pressure inconsistency was enough to cause the furnace to short cycle. I was thoroughly impressed with Nate's business ethic when he searched for and performed a simple adjustment instead of installing costly duct work that I had thought was necessary. I was also pleased to see Nate call a colleague who was a rep for the furnace manufacturer to quickly get some dip switch settings needed to troubleshoot instead of watching the clock tick while leafing through a 100 page manual to figure out the settings. The $85 service call includes the first of work and I was charged for only 1 hour even though he was here closer to 90 minutes. I have no hesitations in calling Nate again or recommending to neighbors.

I am very impressed with Aerostar's whole package! Nathan Wentland was over the same afternoon to see what my problem was, the A-coil in my 28 year old central air unit was leaking into the furnace and onto the floor. Nathan explained that, as I had anticipated, I needed to replace the unit, he could have repaired it.. however the unit was 28 years old and it was just time. The young men were here promptly at 8am ... they were very tidy (no mess left over!!!) Nate even fixed my dryer vent problem! Thanks Nate! The work was done as Nate and I had discussed, no suprises or last minute this or that needing to be added to the cost. The guys were done by 12:30pm , vacuumed, the old unit gone, and he put in an air filter unti that I needed!!! All around a great experience!! I will call the guys at Aerostar for more work that I may need in the future.
GREAT GUYS AT AEROSTAR !!!
They know what they are doing and they cared about what I wanted and cared about my home.

Nathan was professional, prompt and hard-working. The price was excellent and he went the extra step and applied for energy rebates for us totalling $600.00. He reserached which rebates were available, picked up the paperwork from our energy providers, filled out the paperwork and mailed it for us! Now that is customer service! During the installation process, Nathan found some items that were not to code and he made the corrections. We have complete trust in Nathan and would recomment him to all our family and friends.

Aerostar has provided by far the best experience I have ever had with home repair (and when I say the best, I am comparing Aerostar to all contractors I have had out for everything from HVAC, plumbing, roofing, siding, etc.). Nate (owner of Aerostar) is the most responsive person I have met, his prices have always been fair, and he is willing to explain what he is doing and why (he does not seem to concern himself with trying to withhold information so you cannot perform future repairs/maintenance yourself). I cannot say enough good things about Aerostar. In fact, I considered buying a furnace repair plan from Xcel or Centerpoint because our furnace is getting old and is starting to have problems. However, I actually decided against purchasing the plan solely because Nate is so fair when it comes to doing the repairs (even if it is an emergency). Aerostar is a true example of what America continues to lose: small business owners that care about doing a great job, charging fair prices, and maintaining long-term relationships.
