Their price was fair, I don't think I could do the lawns for the price. I have them doing 3 properties. They came back and resprayed when the weeds didn't seem to die. They came with out delay and at no charge. I highly recommend them. They are very friendly and I have no problem recommending them to everyone who needs lawn care. I have had 2 other services over the years. I wouldn't have written the other companies a recommendation.

I told the guy that came out, I'm not looking for someone to put chemicals down, I'm looking for someone to make my lawn look better. To me those are two different things entirely. Most of the fertilization companies, they just come out drop chemicals and leave. They aren't even looking, I don't think at how good the lawn looks. I asked them to do some soil testing which they did and they sent it out to a an independent company that evaluates our soil test and they came back left what it was deficient and what I've had too much of and everything. Most of them don't do and this company is local also which I like it's in Maple Grove. So, they came, and they did the welder clean five times throughout the early spring to late fall, you know the usual. When they did that extra stuff to balance it out according to that recommendation by the company in the soil samples. My lawn does look better. I had been pretty testy about my lawn and said I don't you how you know what to put down if you don't test the soil. They were friendly, and I was completely upfront with what I disliked from my providers and everything. They were friendly and helpful and everything so I'm going to keep them.It was nothing spectacular. They did listen well. They listen to what I wanted, and they listen to what my issues were. It's $66 for each application, and I get five applications per season. Once we had our conversation within a couple of days they were out doing the work. This is really nitpicking, but I always said I'd like them to call before they come out so that for one thing I could pick up dog poop if I haven't already and stuff like that. They usually don't do it. They did call me the first time for sure, but they haven't so far, but that's just a nitpicking thing. The estimate was good. The solution because of the grounds test was expensive.

Fewer weeds, but still have some.

I prepaid for services for the summer and fall. I had to call multiple times to get on their schedule. It was like as soon as they had my money, i was forgotten. When the time came for the second application i had to do the same. The sad part is, my yard doesnt even look like i paid for service. I finally requested a refund and of course I had to do that multiple times.

They were fantastic. We did the lawn care, fertilization weed killing and mosquitos. We had a couple of hiccups at the beginning but they resolved it. They were really good with responsiveness. They came out pretty quickly. The looks of their trucks are not super good but you can not have everything.

They have great crews, all the necessary equipment, and customer service I demand in a vendor for a community I manage. They communicate ahead of time in anticipation of large snow falls, and keep me informed whenever they are on site and what they are doing. What I love most about Showcase is how much they care about the properties they serve and the way they look out for the client's best interests. When the City of Blaine changed their salt application method it did a number on all the grass my master planned community maintained. Almost all the boulevard grass turned yellow and died. Showcase didn't just replace the grass every year, they looked for and found a more salt resistance seed that will help reduce the costs to the Association over time.

Great!! No complaints and great to work with. We are hiring them back and giving them a three year contract. Tim & Chris run a very good business. Any problem (and there will be little issues as in any business) they correct them immediately and call you back to make sure it has been taken care of to your expectations.

both snow removal and lawn care is very good

There were five treatments throughout the growing season in 2015 and 2016. When I started to notice weed growth on the periphery of my lawn in both front and back, I called this to the attention of the service agent during one of the regular application visits and he told me of other applications that could be tried for rest of 2016 season. This was done and I believe weeds started to die off. Am willing to stay with Showcase for another season to see what happens, but I did not pay in advance.

I have been a customer for over ten years and this Lawn Care service is my first and only call! Over the years that made me feel like I am their most valued customer.

My relationship with them has been very good over the years. I am especially pleased with the new management they have. Gary has been extremely responsive to my needs.

I worked 10 plus years in the golf course industry and didn't think I would ever let someone else fertilize my yard! Two years ago I gave in and WOW am I impressed! Best color on the block with the turf in mind! Showcase has made a believer out of me. Thanks for keep our yard the envy of the neighborhood!

I went great! They got rid of my weeds and the fertilizer helped fill in the areas that looked a little thin. My grass is greener, fuller, and has way less weeds.

This company took over customers from the company that installed my irrigation system several years ago. They have done some repairs and blow outs for me in the past few years. This month I called for a repair, but they did not get back to me. When I called again, they were unable to answer questions or schedule repairs, but promised to call back the next day. It was several days before this return call. Instead of scheduling my repair, they insisted that they would only do the repair if they could do the blow out at the same time. It would have to wait 9 days because they were so busy, and could not be Friday afternoon, which worked for me, because they were not working Friday afternoon. If they are so busy they can't schedule repair appointments, why are they taking off Friday afternoons? I explained that, with the warm weather, I might need my irrigation on past mid-October, but wanted the repair sooner. They insisted that the blow out must be done in October, and at the same time as the repair. This attitude is completely unacceptable to me. It is my lawn, my irrigation system, my need for repair, my time,  and most of all my money. I am now calling other irrigation services.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We asked the company to notify us when they were coming to treat our lawn since we were planning to seed some areas and needed to mark those areas off so they wouldn't be treated.    They ended up doing a treatment without notifying use, thereby delaying our plan to seed.   I called and left a message and e-mailed the sales representative I originally spoke with about this issue and never heard back.  Upon calling the company 2 weeks later, they indicated he no longer worked for the company and they were not following up on communications to him.  At that point, I asked about their refund policy since I prepaid, and was told that someone would call me back.  Two weeks later I had to call them again as no one called me back.  I asked them to send me a refund ASAP.   I know there are better lawn services to work with.  Working with Natural Green was not a good experience.
