"Contacts to you have been left unanswered since May 25th 2017. We are perplexed by this review, we have emailed back and forth and everything seemed fine. We were under the impression we needed to call and set up a meet time after June 1st. A review like this is detrimental and we strive to meet or exceed expectations. We asked the company to notify us when they were coming to treat our lawn since we were planning to seed some areas and needed to mark those areas off so they wouldn't be treated. They ended up doing a treatment without notifying use, thereby delaying our plan to seed. I called and left a message and e-mailed the sales representative I originally spoke with about this issue and never heard back. Upon calling the company 2 weeks later, they indicated he no longer worked for the company and they were not following up on communications to him. At that point, I asked about their refund policy since I prepaid, and was told that someone would call me back. Two weeks later I had to call them again as no one called me back. I asked them to send me a refund ASAP. I know there are better lawn services to work with. Working with Natural Green was not a good experience.
