My experience with Service Star was great. On the same day I inquired, they were able to come out, take a look and give me a breakdown of what needed to occur at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Service Star for your plumbing needs.

Nathan was very professional and understood my plumbing issues right away and recommended one upgrade that was not much more of a cost increase then a rebuild and turned out to be a wonderful upgrade. Josh was unbelievable. He was on time, hard working, and didn't give up on a repair I tried to fix and couldn't and was told by another plumber he wouldn't do it. Nathan responded immediately to my request for service. Josh did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he was doing and explained the issue and options. I couldn't be more pleased.

Service Star was great. Had pipes freeze over - they gave me an estimate to fix a couple of pretty bad leaks. In the process of fixing it they found other problems and fixed them but stuck with the original estimate. These guys were responsive and super easy to work with!

They did a great job! the cost was buget friendly also. The service guy was polite, clean, and timely. I will recommend this service to anyone.

Nathan was very courteous. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing supplies and gave me some good advice. I m grateful that he put shoe covers on to keep from getting the house dirty. Overall he s great to work with and we will hire him again for plumbing needs.

Nathan and Josh replaced my kitchen faucet last week and did excellent work. They arrived on time when they said they would and had the new faucet in a timely manner. They were very professional and I would definitely hire them again.

NATHAM came out the same day and completed the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost .. he even moved a large and heavy packaged i had sitting out in the rain into my garage just as a courtesy with no request from me .. will use again

Nathan fixed an ongoing problem with the pipes under the sink. He rebuilt the pipes so it wouldn't happen again. Nathan came on the same morning that I called. I will definitely call this buisness again.

Nathan came to my plumbing rescue within hours of me calling him. Unlike many other plumbers, Nathan charges NO FEE to drive to your location and provide you with an estimate for the job. His estimate was more than fair. He explained to me what he doing as he completed the job. Very professional and quick...done within one hour! Being a licensed plumber for 22 years, this guy knows his trade! I highly recommend Nathan and will call him again for his services when/if I find myself with another plumbing challenge.
