I am so very happy that we hired Randy’s Electric when we had a problem with our in- floor heating!! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. When I called, the person that answered the phone was so professional and helpful and I was told exactly what to expect. Ben was our electrician and he was just amazing! He called to let us know when he would arrive and he and Nick arrived right on time. Ben diagnosed the problem and kept me and my husband informed every step of the way. What a delightful young man! He was very professional and friendly. We are so happy with the work of this company and would most definitely hire them again!

Zach and his apprentice from Randy's Electric were 100% successful in restoring power to the condo unit I manage. The condo is in a building that has some of the wiring redone and some quite old. It appears there was some condensation above the ceiling that caused a short in half the circuits in the condo. The condo owner had another electrical company take a look at it two weeks before. Two hours and $480 dollars later they didn't do anything. Today, the guys from Randy's Electric where able to come out and resolve the issue in about 2+ hours. The moral of the story is there are some electricians that get the job done and others that just send you a bill. Randy's Electric is the former. I appreciate them coming close to the estimate. It's an old building, so I know how things can go sideways quickly. My only regret is we couldn't book an appointment with them first. I've learned it is better to wait on a high quality electrician rather than go with the one that is available. PS: Stay away from Early Bird Electric if you have a job that has lots of unknowns. They will just take your money and say that can't do it.

Great! Zac was super patient explaining everything. Quite pleased with the work he performed -- replaced an outlet and rewired the doorbell. We asked for bids on each project and decided against one which would have required a permit. We are used to generalist handymen doing our electric work so by comparison we found these prices to be quite high. No reflection on Zac but rather the company and perhaps even the market.

Grant at Randy's Electric was the best. I received a reminder call the day before the appointment, Grant called the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way and the work performed was done very well. Grant reviewed my projects and shared with me several options, along with a few additional recommendations (i.e. electric box surge protector). I really appreciated his recommendations and had him complete the work I hired him for along with two additional projects. Well worth the investment! Ask for Grant at Randy's Electric.

Zack was prepared with PPE for our safety, did a walkthrough of the tasks and gave me a reasonable bid and we approved on the spot. They scheduled the appt to complete all the work the same day. Very happy with their work style and how Zack treated his intern. Both of them were clean, communicative and made sure I understood what the work plan was. I now have an electrician i can call in the future.
