I received a few phone calls and many texts assuring me they'd get to me as their schedule eased up as there had been a lot of rain in the forecast but then they seemed to forget about me. I'm not sure why I was never put on the schedule officially but I never received any work unfortunately. I will say the gentleman who I spoke with was always very polite.

Aaron and his company went above and beyond what we expected. From the consultation and help with ideas to the installation to the clean up. The outcome is fabulous! I would use them again for sure!

Our rep was friendly and professional, and the team did a great job. They were even able to add on some additional tasks last minute for a very reasonable cost. After about 6 months, we noticed one panel of siding had come loose. They came out to repair it the very same day. Great service!

The workers did leave some nails and detritus in the shrubbery but once alerted, they returned immediately to clean up. There was another small issue. Could happen with any company but they responded and returned immediately to fix the problem. I also worked with them a few years earlier. I think they are conscientious. They are good at what they do, quality conscious and customer satisfaction is high on their list.

The best service I've received in a long time

Aaron and Dan Barnhouse were very thorough and got on my roof twice on 90 degree days! Dan was willing to wait an hour for another adjuster to come because the 1st one didn't want to go on the roof because they thought it was too steep. I called them back this summer after a hail storm because of the excellent work they did for me several years ago. I didn't have enough damage to file a claim this year but they will be the company I call when another storm brings hail or damaging winds my way in the future!!

I had a few bids for the job. Barnhouse came in just below the next closest one, all were very close. Overall it went well, it went into a second day because of some rain. They were always very responsive, answering questions quickly.

They came out and gave a free estimate and the final bill was the same price, no surprise. It was a cold and snowy week, but they were able to schedule the work done within a week of giving the estimate. I think the gutter installation was subcontracted out, and they left a few pieces of the old one on the ground, but the install looks perfect, so I didn't mind. House is white, and I didn't notice the pieces on the ground until the snow melted, so I can see how they were easily missed.

Barnhouse did an excellent job managing my roofing project. Dan Okon was great to work with and did a fantastic job helping us understand the insurance and construction process . The crew worked very hard to finish our project on time and when I got home showed me some of the issues with our roof and how they fixed them. Afterwards, there were a few minor details that needed to be addressed and I spoke to Dan Okon about getting those details wrapped up and he was able to make it happen. I appreciate this company's honesty integrity, and attention to detail. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that follows through with the whole project. Thanks Barnhouse!

I had had had three other companies submit bids however two of them provided the option to repair, only to replace. Replacement was out of the question due to financial reasons, yet I needed to repair the leaking. Another company offered to repair, but I chose Barnhouse. They were a few days late on an expected call back, but really no problem. They were able to fit in this small job a day earlier than planned! The crew was very nice and communicated well with me on arrival. I did find one container of caulk off to the sides in my bushes but I don't think it was intentional but fell off and I found it a few days later. Any way I would do business with them again and when I do have the opportunity to replace the roof, they will be the first on my list.

Barnhouse Exteriors was very professional and showed up on time for estimate. Liked the fact that they are a GAF certified contractor and could offer better warranties for those shingles. Price was very competitive with other estimates we received. Adam was very thorough and answered additional questions via phone at a later date. Decided to go with another contractor due to extended worksmanship warranty, but would have no problem hiring this company for future projects.

Great service!! Came out in the rain to look at the problem when other companies wanted to wait until the rain stopped. Gave us great advice and fixed our bay windows within a week after locating problem. Did a fantastic job and for a great price! Daniel was great at keeping us informed of the repairs. We would use them again for sure!!

I would highly recommend Barnhouse Exteriors. I worked with Aaron and he was fantastic. He went to the property and gave me an estimate the same day I called. His price was very competitive (slightly lower) to another bid I had. They were able to work around my schedule and got the work done quickly and did an excellent job. When they removed the existing roof they found a few issues that they fixed for a nominal cost. I also had some siding missing and the size was not commonly used anymore, so he was able to customize a solution and special order material to match. He kept in contact while we waited so I knew what was happening and when it would be in and installed. The gutters look great and really blend in with the house. I would definitely use Barnhouse Exteriors for any future projects.

The crew was awesome and did a fantastic job and cleanup! Jason was here for every insurance inspection and was able to speak with our agent on several occasions. Jason made it happen and we are so grateful that we intend to hire them for some extensive exterior work in the near future!

We had a hail storm that damaged my roof as well as others in the neighborhool. My son had used Barnhouse Exteriors and he was very pleased with their service and professionalism. They were very professional for the first encounter. Daniel was always available to answer questions on the phone and came out several times to assist with color selection and to answer questions. The crew was very courteous and the yard was cleaned up very professionally. Dan Barnhouse called me as well as he is on the job working. I was going to have new gutters installed and he called to say that they did not need to be replaced and just installed the gutter guards. I thought that was very honest. Several of my neighbors have used Barnhouse to have their roofs repaired as well. . I would not hesitate to recommend Barnhouse Exteriors to any one. They are honest, responsive and very professional. A great experience and my new roof looks great.

They first did the steel roofs on the two pole barns with one crew one day and the next day a new crew did the house. When the crew doing the pole barns were finished they helped with the house. Very organized and did a fantastic job. Looks great. Very happy with the work done. One of the owners came back the third day and replaced the covers on the gutters. Very satisfied.

Outstanding professionalism and punctuality. They handled everything from start to finish. The roof looks great and they even set everything up with the inspector to make sure that was good. We needed a new roof on our house. They did the tear off and replaced everything needed to meet or exceed code requirements. We needed some small portions of our decking replaced because of deterioration and that was done. Our experience with this company was very good. They were prompt to meet with us and do the work. My phone calls and questions were answered in a timely manner. They did the work when promised and finished when promised. All the debris was cleaned up around our house. The roof is warranted.

They are good young gentlemen. They are hard workers; they followed up with everything, and cleaned up perfectly.

The work was excellent! They have a very high level of customer service. They have an excellent level of communication as far as keeping the customer updated and providing excellent with responsiveness. They worked directly with our insurance company so that I did not have to get involved in any of that. They have the experience services as a liaison between the insurance companies and the client. They far exceeded our expectations and I would recommend Barnhouse Exteriors without hesitation.
