Sela Gutter Connection was excellent. It seems to be quite challenging to find a gutter company that is willing to do a job that isn't an entire house. Sela Gutter Connection was an exception and professional throughout the process. Response time was prompt and wait time for installation was reasonable. Installation crew was tidy and got the job done as described. I would not hesitate to use Sela Gutter Connection again.

From the estimate to install, Sela had excellent customer service and communication. The bid was similar in price to a second, smaller company. I went with Sela due to their size, longevity, reputation, and warranty. Sela even expedited scheduling for us due to water issues in our basement. The roof installers worked a very long and hard day to finish the roof in one day and the clean up was very thorough including a magnet sweep of the lawn for nails. The gutter team came the very next day to finish the second part of the job. The roof and gutters look great and we've had a couple strong storms since the install to show they are performing well. We would highly recommend.

The project went great and was installed with my request to drain water in a certain direction away from the house. Gutters have not clogged , I haven't had to clean my gutters at all for years.

The representative arrived on time. He gave good recommendations, talked me through options, and the price was very fair. The quality once completed was exceptional and I was really happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family.

Sela Gutter Connection installed gutter on our brand new house. We have spoken with 7 different companies before selecting Sela. The reason we have gone with them because they provided a gutter solution that seemed well-thought-out. For instance, most gutter companies put a spout right in the middle of the driveway, which is designed to drain rain water as well as ice and snow melted water on your driveway. So, what's the problem? The problem is in the Minnesota winter when the temperature drops at night that flowing water from spout becomes ice and the driveway becomes a death trap. This happens to our neighbors. Sela thought about it and all of their spouts are designed to channel the water on the side of the house, so that, the water flows on the lawn and away from the house and it's foundation which is the main purpose of the gutter and it is safe. Also, their gutter covers all around the house. Often times you will see some companies are charging one third. That's because their gutter covers only part of the house. Not Sela. It may cost a little bit more to have Sela Gutter Connection install your gutter but you will be happy when you see their work.

Sela installed gutters on our home including the downspouts. Sela was very professional, punctual and completed the job on time with quality work. They were great to work with and were very polite also. They cleaned up everything nicely and didn't leave until we did a walk through of what was completed. I would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Great! They were able to match the very unusual gutter style that we have on the front of the house - half round - and did an excellent job. When we noticed that water was not draining properly on one corner, they promptly came out, adjusted the gutter and fixed the problem.

My previous windows were letting cold air and they iced up. I contacted Sela for new windows. They are in and we are very happy and warm once again! The installers were very professional from start to finish. They answered all my questions, they covered my wood floors without being asked to do so. They made sure that there was plenty of insulation around my windows and that they were tightly sealed which as you know in Minnesota is a must with our cold temps. When they were done you would not have known they were there because they cleaned up thoroughly.

Nick came out to look at the work I needed done, discovered there may be an issue with my siding and took it upon himself to call Hardie on my behalf about the de-lamination as Sela was "a big customer" and they would certainly come look at the issue. Nick told me I'd hear from him in a week or so, 2 weeks later I called him and he told he me hadn't heard anything back from Hardie, 4 weeks I calkled him and after that he admitted to forgetting about me entirely, each time promising to call me on the following Monday. After 2 months I called Nick and he told me he didn't know if there was anything they could do for me, I asked him if they were really in business. Again, he promised to call me on the following Monday. I left a message for his manager a month or so after that and of course never heard from anyone.

I tried twice to get a quote for new gutters on a new house. The first time I called and setup an appointment. Came home from work early to meet them and they never showed. For some reason I gave them another chance and called to setup another appointment but wasn't able to be at the home. I think they did start a quotation and said they would email it. I never received that email and even called them back to ask for the quote. They stayed I would have it within an hour. It never showed up. Honestly I don't know why I have them more than one shot, but when I did they failed again.

7/25/16 The new gutters and fascia look fine. But Sela has not yet installed soffits on the garage. I told the salesman I wanted all the existing wood to be covered so I would never need to paint again. The salesman seemed to understand my wishes, and calculated the charges accordingly. But the salesman failed to put soffits on the work order and the job never fully got completed. 9/9/16 Update: Sela had a bully salesman call to shout, argue, and insult me, concerning this online review. They offered to complete the job for an additional cost, but that is not acceptable. The only way to settle our issue would be to complete the project for the original charge that I already paid

Fabulous. The installers were totally amazing. They gave us suggestions on improvements and we couldn't be happier. The bid was completive and work they did was top notch. The installers gave us suggestions on moving the downspouts to better locations and by installing 6 inch gutter we were able to eliminate 2 of them. Just love it.....

Our entire experience with Sela Gutter Connection went smoothly from beginning to end. The estimator came out to our house within 24 hours of calling the office. Sela was a great company to work with. We recently bought our house and the gutters were only partially done and didn't seem to be in the best shape. We had all new gutters, downspouts installed with the leaf guard system. The employees were friendly and punctual. The process took less than 3 hours to complete and everything was cleaned up after they were done. We have used Sela in the past to replace a skylight and had the same quality service with the gutters. I would reccomend Sela to anyone looking for work on their home.

They were professional and arrived when promised. They called the day before to let me know when they would be there. Since the work was on the exterior I did not need to be home. I would use contract with them again. They also provided warranty information and registration forms.
