Really great service, windows came in way quicker than we expected. The windows are absolutely gorgeous and match wood work perfectly. The sound of trains has diminished and I can already feel the difference inside the home. Great experience!!

Customer service is great

Took the time to measure and work out all the details of what we wanted and needed for our remodel.

Extremely expensive, excellent quality but do not question there work and make sure you pay close attention to what you agree to have done and what actually is done. When you receive your call to set up an appointment for your estimate you will be told any estimate is good for 18 months but when the sales team show up be ready for an aggressive approach and the best deal is if you sign that day. They brag about there customer service but when my gutters were installed wrong WOW! what a battle to get then corrected. I got excuses like this is the industry standard, they were telling me this is how they would have done it and curb appeal is better this way. All I kept saying is I would like them to be installed as originally agreed upon. Eventually it happened. Roof looks great, gutters look great, aluminum wrap looks great around my doors and all was done in a timely manner just had some headaches to deal with. I may be too harsh on them because the over all completed project is great but to have to deal with poor customer service for the cost. man I would be careful. Oh yah now I am really concerned on what kind of customer service I will get if anything happens during my warranty time. By the way the warranty was a big selling point and it is very good. Hopefully we don't have to use it.

I had window, front door, siding & roof rebuilt. Nicely done & wanted to keep me happy with the results. Everything was done professionally.

Work quality and roofing crew was great. The clean up could have been better given the snow. For example some of the debris got mixed in the snow where had a tarp been placed would have easily contained it. . I have been promised a return visit to capture the debris once the snow melts.

I will never use this company or Home Advisor again. The cost of the project in my opinion was three times the cost of what I could have had it done for if I would have done some more research.

The materials were excellent and service exceptional! They were very knowledgeable and came out at 8 PM to give the quote to fit our schedule. The guy who came out and installed the siding I would like to give more than 5 stars.

This sales person was very professional and easy to talk to. The crew did a fine job and cleaned up when they were done!

From the salesperson, scheduling people and installation crew where all very friendly and helpful. I found the process hassle free and easy. I absolutely LOVE my new windows. Once the install was done the company came back out to re-check the installation and make sure we where fully satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This is the second house I have put new windows in within the last 5 years. This time I decided to go with a new company and different windows because I wasnt totally happy with the first home. This company is a little more expensive but the quality of window is so much better that I decided that overall the saving would be greater with this better window. What I didn't realize is that the quality of the work and materials used to replace my window is far better than I ever thought. The work is beautiful that was done so far. I'm glad I decided to spend the extra money to go with this company!! They are totally perfessional and great at what they do.

The contractors that installed my first set of windows were very Profesional. I requested them for my second project as well.

Good People to work with

The people are honest and get right to work to save you time. They are a little more expensive yhan some other companies but are worth it.

We recently had some very heavy rains and as a result of a shoddy installation, we had a considerable amount of water in our basement. The water was about 3 inches deep and ruined the composite flooring and a section of the wall. It was not the window itself that leaked but the result of the poor installation of the window well. Your Home Improvement Company of St Cloud, Minnesota would take no responsibility for this installation even though they say they pride themselves on top notch installations. I will never do business with this branch of this company ever again. It is my understanding that they no longer install egress windows, I wonder why?
