If something doesn't need to be done, they don't do it. I have a good relationship with them and I have found them to be trustworthy. They are always available when I need them.

We purchased tires from TC Tire last year. Recently, on of the tires was flat. I brought it to TC Tire to repair. They diagnosed that it was a tire to rim issue, not a hole in the tire. They fixed the tire for free while I waited. Very quick service.

Superb. We set up by phone an appointment for new tires. They were ready to go, first thing in the morning. Great secure late night/early AM drop off. Everybody calls and communicates so well. They treat you like a respectable adult, not an idiot just because you don't know everything about cars. They inspected the car and performed solid great SAFE service. I trust them. They did offer me nitrogen fill for the tires, but no hard sell, which I very much appreciated. (I hate saying NO, and having to say it more than once is REALLY uncomfortable for me).

They helped us determine the right tire for the conversion van and managed to get some in stock for us. They mounted and aligned them and did a good job.

The cost above is mostly the cost of the tire. They had some helpful suggestions to replace the air in my tires with pure nitrogen which helped an ongoing leak I had in my tires.

A good experience. We went to them earlier with steering/alignment problems and found we needed two new front tires in addition to alignment and front-end parts. It was now time for two new rear tires and a rotation. Got Vredestein Quatrac tires, which have been so far a suitable replacement for the previous tires we had on our VW Passat. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and low-pressure. Their clean, recently re-done entrance and lounge (still with complimentary snacks and coffee) don't make waiting around a burden. Work was done competently and on-time, and we received a more personalized thank-you/ "how'd we do?" note than most other auto places send. It's a AAA recommended/ partner repair shop.

Excellent for reliability, price, and professionalism. On one occasion, I had an estimate from a Volvo dealer of $1000 for some repair work, brought the car to Twin City Tire for a second opinion where they did the same work for half that price with excellent results. Another time I got a flat tire pulling out of their lot after they had worked on my car, and they fixed the tire for free. They've been in business 37 years and are AAA-approved, and this experience shows in their professionalism. Estimates are accurate, price is excellent, and they have always completed work on time or earlier than anticipated. For me the only problem sometimes is their hours are not as extensive as some other mechanics but this minor inconvenience is worth it, given their quality and fair price.

Ron was very responsive to my initial call. He ordered the right tires, and even suggested I go with a less expensive choice given there really was no significant difference in performance with the higher cost. Service was exceptional. They finished the entire work in about an hour. I felt Ron was very customer focused and cares about the work his store does. I would recommend this Tires Plus operation to anyone.

When we arrived, they asked us if we had been quoted a price for the inspection. We hadn't, but had a $20.00 coupon from their website- they seemed to think about it and finally settle on a price that seemed completely arbitrary. I think if we went in on another day, we'd get a totally different price, higher or lower. The inspection itself was done immediately and quickly, but we felt it was thorough. The technician was very helpful and friendly, and pointed out parts of the car and their condition for us before marking it on the inspection form. He even gave us tips on how to bargain with the dealer on the price and for new parts. Other than the price quote, I felt respected and well-served.

I search the list for service providers, called Twin City Tire and was given an estimate over the phone. The estimate was almost $80 cheaper than the estimate I got from a shop closer to my home. When I called a few days later to schedule an appointment, I spoke to a different person and he looked up my make and model again and told me the estimate I received previously was not accurate. I needed a different tire for my car which would cost only $2 less than the shop closer to my house. I'm very glad I didn't drive 15 miles out of my way only to find out the price I was quoted wasn't valid.

It was a very nice experience. I was a drop-in customer, and the work was performed very timely while I waited. The sales person guided me to a more modest set of tires rather than overselling based on my estimation of how long I plan to keep my vehicle. They have a very professional staff. Another dealer, not on Angie's list, tried to sell me a different brand and level of tire that I didn't need for $200.00 more.

They carry only good quality items (within 2-3 price ranges for tires - one for batteries). After having nothing but trouble with batteries from another company, and mixed success/trouble with tires from another company, and after much research, I tried their Verdestein tires, which were unbelievably good....and I stopped having battery problems after having theirs installed. If that wasn't enough, the people there are friendly, honest, & respectful...to women as well as men. The tires & batteries aren't cheap, but they are a good value, considering their quality. I will definitely continue using them.

Very professional and friendly. Was able to get in the next day. Warranty and service benefits were carefully explained. Work was completed faster than the estimated time. Very happy with the company and will use them for other automobile work.

They are very courteous in their dealings with people. They do a good job, and when my wife and I had to bring our cars back because the repairs didn't completely fix the problems, they did the work free of charge.

I would definitely recommend this company. Being a woman, I was wary of being ripped off or treated differently, but Twin City Tire & Auto Service did a good job.

They had to end up replacing the fuel tank, fuel line and clamps (older car). The work that they did for what they were asked to do was reasonable. They were certainly very nice people to work with. They are also top rated with AAA. Price includes a $90 towing fee. There was a diagnostic expense for a problem that another auto service company created.

Overall experience was GREAT!! Very helpful salesman (Mark) on the phone to discuss tire options with me. I called back the next morning to make an appointment & they got me in & out on-time. I asked for my MERSC discount and saved 20%.

I WOKE UP ON 10/3/05 TO FIND THAT I HAD A TOTALLY FLAT RIGHT FRONT TIRE. SINCE I HAD PLANNED TO GET A NEW SET OF TIRES SOMETIME THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND DO IT NOW. SINCE I HAD ONLY THE ''DONUT'' SPARE TIRE TO DRIVE ON, I KNEW I NEEDED TO GET THIS DONE NOW, SO I CHECKED ANGIE'S LIST TO FIND A DECENT, DEPENDABLE TIRE DEALER. TWIN CITIES TIRE WAS RATED AT THE TOP OF THE LIST (AND ALSO HAPPENED TO BE JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM WHERE I LIVED). I CALLED THEM AND MIKE GAVE ME A REASONABLE QUOTE FOR A DECENT SET OF TIRES AND ALSO MANAGED TO GET ME IN THAT SAME DAY! THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME. THE PLACE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN (THERE WAS EVEN POPCORN IN THE WAITING AREA!) THEY CHECK AND ROTATE THE TIRES FOR FREE EVERY 6000 MILES. THE ACTUAL PRICE ENDED UP BEING $3.00 LESS THAN QUOTED TOO (HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?) OVERALL - I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.

I BELIEVE IT WAS MARK I SPOKE WITH AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE ESTIMATE I RECEIVED WAS SIMILAR TO MY OTHER ESTIMATES. HE DID ALSO CHECK TO SEE IF THEY OFFERED ANY DISCOUNTS FOR EMPLOYEES OF MY WORKPLACE. I DECIDED TO WAIT WITH THE WORK WHICH MARK SEEMED UNDERSTANDING ABOUT AND DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME. WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR MARK HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY AND A YOUNGER GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME WAS NOT VERY RESPONSIVE, BUT SEEMED PREOCCUPIED WITH WHAT HE WAS DOING. I HAD TO STAND THERE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES JUST WAITING TO GET MY KEYS. PERHAPS HE WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY. OVERALL, I WOULD CONSIDER HAVING WORK DONE HERE.

MARK AND HIS STAFF ARE FANTASTIC! THEY ARE RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, AND SHOW INTEGRITY IN EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR BUSINESS. THEY PHONE AND CHECK IN AS NEEDED EACH STEP OF THE WAY. THEY FOREWARNED ME ACCURATELY ABOUT COSTS AND THEY DO WHAT IS NECESSARY, WITHOUT ANY ADD-ONS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. I FEEL SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT AUTO MECHANIC NEAR TO HOME. VOLVO REPAIR IS NEVER CHEAP BUT THEY ARE WAY MORE REASONABLE THAN OTHER LOCAL ALTERNATIVE PROVIDERS.

TWIN CITY TIRE HAS BEEN DOING MY TIRES SINCE THE '60'S. I TRIED A BIG BOX COMPANY ONCE AND HAD A PROBLEM WITH BALANCE & INSTALL. SERVICE DONE ON TIME AT A FAIR PRICE.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. I'LL BE GOING BACK THERE IN THE FUTURE.
